ONLY PUTTING A 1 star so I can complain. Absolute WORST customer service. I am in tears writing this because I am so frustrated.
Luke is so rude and so is everyone else their that I have spoken to the past few months.
I made monthly payments that came directly out of my account when I first started with them. When I switched banks, OSLA has been absolutely impossible. I have mailed my application with all of my banking info on it and they didn t receive it because you just said that it was your card info EITHER WAY YA LL SHOULD VE RECEIVED IT. they don t even try to understand where you are coming from they just want to point out where you go wrong And are argumentative. I LITERALLY FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION TO A T WITH my BANKING INFO AS WELL TWICE and now they are saying it s probably the wrong address.... you mean the address that you guys put on the application form saying to send to??? I have called and called and they now don t set up auto pay arrangements over the phone you HAVE to go online and mail it in. Their website is horrible and glitches out by the way, oh but don t worry they won t offer to help you over the phone with it.

I m honestly just trying to pay my stupid loan. I hope these customer service people all get raging diarrhea while stuck in traffic.
