I bought a 550 ham and it came out dry, without flavor and without any streak. The Mercadona 50 euros is much better. But the worst is the customer service that not only do not believe you and pass you but make you pay the costs of collecting the ham they analyze and they send you back as they meet the standards. A scam and shameful deal. Unworthy of that price. Never more
Nordes made a contest on Instagram for the Day of Galicia in which I won to say who would share their gin (the person named did not necessarily have to have a profile on social networks). After giving them personal information such as ID, full address and phone number of me and the person I named (my mother) they tell me that they will not send it to me because it seems fraudulent that my mother and I use the same mobile number and May my mother's account only follow me. When they are clearly explained the fact that my mother does not have her own cell phone and that she is not assiduous to social networks, they tell me that "I did not take it so badly" and "that they have declared the desert contest." Come on, they have been left with the prize, because they do not re-enter it or say it publicly. When we have tried to publish what happened on Facebook, they immediately blocked our profiles.
We feel old, deceived and frustrated. If they do this with their followers, I don't even want to think what they will do with the workers, customers and consumers. Too bad for a bicentennial company, which has not understood the concept of how advertising and prestige work in the 21st century.
