I had a great experience at Os Fashion. We purchased the bride's dress, my dress as the mother-in-law and 2 tween dresses. Everything was done on time as promised and staff was friendly and great to work with.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Did not call at all and didn't have a phone number in service! We had to call another store to get their number! Dress wasn't done after two weeks of sitting there, no apology no money off, nothing! Didn't thank us for our business and had the ardasity to have an attitude! I couldn't believe these people. Don't waste your time.
I Could'nt believe what they did to some material my daughter' bought for a wedding dress....it was a mess and instead of making amends they made a mess which we were stuck with ....
Love. Got my niece a dress for prom from them. Nice place. Good prices. And the lady did what she said she would do!! Best.
I ordered a dress offline for my daughter prom last year however when the dress made it was the wrong size and it couldn t be altered because of the detail and design of the dress. I searched and searched for some kind of solution to this problem and the only thing to be done was to buy a whole different dress. This was such a problem also because it was so close to the date everything was picked over and certainly I would have never thought I could have had one made but I stumbled across os fashion in Hamtramck on Joseph Campu and the ladies there was so understanding and nice they offered to make a dress with only four days left til prom and I was truly happy and astronded to results she won best dress and it was absolutely beautiful.
The people that work here can NOT sew! Do NOT have them make you a dress! They ruined my daughters prom dress. She showed them a picture and they said that they can make the dress. The dress they made look nothing like the picture. See the pic. The right is what the dress should have looked like. On the left is how they made the dress.
Worst service ever Went in to purchase. a prom Dress for my daughter the l sales lady appeared on o be on the up & up but as time went on. Paying on the dress. Alterations were all wrong . She stared to be rude and agitated at The fact of me & daughter was Dissatisfied. With the tacky work. I'm giving this. Shop poor rating.
If I could give them a zero, they'd have 10 zeros! Owner very unorganized and unprofessional! My wedding is in July and I ordered my bridesmaids dresses in march. I went to pick them up recently after giving her extra time and they still weren't done! It's the middle of May! Her response was that she has too Many prom customers! Not to mention she shipped one of my dresses to the wrong store just to reorder the dress 3 sizes too big! For my wedding dress, the measurments were off and I had to wait another month for that you be fixed. To top it off she told me I was harassing her because I called too much when All my dresses were paid In full and past their pick up date! If you wanna stay out of jail, DO NOT go to this store!
