I have purchased used computers from this company on many occasions over the past 15 yrs (give or take). This is a good/honest/caring family owned business and I recommend them to everyone. If you ever have an issue communicate it, they WILL help you. I have had them fix and work on probably over 10 personal/business computers and I still have NO BAD WORDS for these folks. Always remember to know your facts and do the research when making purchases-this comment is for the bad review people.
I bought a laptop that was supposed to have been upgraded to windows 7 ultimate. Now windows keeps sending me messages that my copy of windows is not geniune.When I contacted them about I was more or less called a liar. To get it authentic it will cost me another 200.00 dollars. Called microsoft and reported them. Was told by microsoft that they were supposed to supply me with activation key for any operating system that was installed on the computer. They refuse to give me the key.Microsoft said they would investigate. I had a lot of faith in them but now I do not trust them at all!!!!

Took my Sony Vaio Laptop over to have the DC power connector replaced as it was wobbly. I took it in in the morning and by lunchtime, they called and it was ready. Did an OUTSTANDING job and now it is like new. I would take my computer back and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
