I wish I can give you a ZERO. Spent last three days calling only to eventually be disconnected after 30 mins. On the last day,, the answering service answered and said the staff will be back at 1:30pm after lunch. I called for two full hours back to back and the call was never answered. This is scary because if this is the treatment; why would I want to go there? I am calling my insurance for a referral elsewhere. Thank you but NO thank You.

Dr. Kornberg have given me great service and advise. He's one of they few doctors i go to, he's always trying to come up with a positive solution for me, and most of all he seats and listen to my problems which is rear for FL doctors to do

Been trying to get ahold of someone for several days now! Left several messages with the answering service, but no one calls you back and you cant get anyone to answer the phone (you re left on hold while the recording repeats itself, over and over and over, until you get so frustrated, you just say, to hell with it and hang up after MANY attempts!! WTH

WARNING DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL PROBABLY BE SORRY. WORST FRONT DESK STAFF I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. DEFINITELY NOT SENIOR FRIENDLY. DO NOT SENT YOUR PARENTS HERE PEOPLE. I'VE BEEN GIVEN A COMPLETE RUNAROUND TRYING TO GET GEL KNEE INJECTIONS! NEW PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!

4 weeks leaving messages, something it s wrong!

The office lost my paper work,and called me the day before my second appointment, and said they needed the approval paper from my insurance,yet I gave it to them. The person said,well it isn't in front of me. I then told them that losing my paper work wasn't my fault. So I proceeded to tell this person,well I guess your calling to cancel my appointment. The ones in the office have no idea what they are doing.

This office deals with many senior citizens. You would think that if this office has NOT received the required referral for an appointment, that when they are calling to confirm that appointment the day before, they would let the patient know. Not wait until an 85 year old woman gets transportation to go there and say "we don't have required referral." Extremely poor staff handling this office.

I love Dr.Kornberg and his nurse Jodie..Great care..Dr. makes me laugh..

Poor service: I call to make an appointment, wait time on the phone 25 min. Front office staff not good. They may need a better Manager.
