Its was very unacceptable and very unprofessional. I went in and waited to be seen, it is now 2 and I approached the front desk to ask how much longer i would need to wait. That's when I was told that I was apparently already seen, yet I was still in the waiting area. I felt like my personal information has been violated and that is against HIPPA regulations. Once they realized they started arguing and making the process even longer. I thought that was very unprofessional and I am not please with the work ethic in this facility.

Dr Biggee is knowledgeable. prompt and listens to the patients. She tries everything possible to help patients with disease. She is thoughtful and sympathetic. She is also aggressive in attempting to help the patient. Great physician!

Dr. Thakur is an exceptional doctor. He is clear about his diagnosis and makes it understandable.

Office staff very pleasant and efficient, from the registration, x-ray tech to the staff at the discharge desk. Dr Pletka was knowledgeable and took the time to get a history and to examine me. The Ortho PA was great as well! Would highly recommend this office.

All my experiences with Orthopedics Northeast have been positive. The medical staff is extremely competent and the office staff couldn't be more helpful. Even with the growth the practice has had over the years, the attention is still personal. I would highly recommend this practice

She listens to everything you have to say & is very caring & professional

So I was sent to Dr Choi for Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery. I ll start with the office staff. They were kind and courteous to me and explained everything thoroughly. I was told I would be getting open surgery which I didn t really like that option but didn t argue with it cause surgery is not my profession. When I arrived at the hospital Dr Choi changed it to endoscopic which I was happy he did so. I was on the Table at 12:30 and home by 2:30. Very little pain. So little I didn t need any pain meds. He is a excellent surgeon and I 100% recommend using him and his office!!! After the surgery his staff have been there answering every question on after care I had. Which I did call the office a few times lol. I understand the nervousness of surgery. But don t put this one off. I had instant relief from what I had going on and honestly and it s still getting better. And it was a cake walk considering surgery s!!! Hope this review of my experience helps.

Dr Pletka is one of the best surgeons I have come across. I have had over 15 surgeries in my life and I would recommend him to anyone. His explanations are clear and concise and he does not rush to operate. He is kind and compassionate and truly cares about his patients.

I was having pain in my ankle and shoulder. Person who took me to the doctors room asked me my issue. I told her I am having pain in my ankle and shoulder. She rudely said pick one doctor can treat you for only one. I said I need to discuss both issues. She went out to talk to someone and insisted to pick one. I walked out and will not go back there.

Very bad service!!I needed an MRI for my neck and they submit the application without any documentation to support my case, although I was already in the emergency room, did a CT scan, X-Ray, physical therapist. None of these to support my case and offcourse the Insurance provider denied it, wasting all this time!! Now we have to Submit the application again, wait a few more days and I am still in pain!! Very disappointed!!!

Dr. Dowd is an amazing Doctor. I would say 95% of the time he is right on schedule, which is extremely rare for a Doctor. He spends the necessary time with you that is needed. It s nice to have a Doctor that will explain things to you in a way you understand.

I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
