WORST service ever, was in on -Wednesday April 4TH- and the lack of customer service and product knowledge was unbelievable. Such a waste of time speaking to the employee there, i would of got more answer from a brick wall. Super rude, not a care in the world for customer service. Never going back, i'm transferring my family to another clinic.
Even if the website doesn't tell you to book an appointment - book one. Cold reception at a locked door - drove an hour there and back for NOTHING!
I just want top state how excellent the service is with OrthoMedix. I had two pairs of custom orthotics made, one for sports the other for every day use. They are comfortable, well made and exactly what I wanted. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend OrthoMedix. Gary is a real pro! L.R.
Great customer service from a new young lady Jelene. I will go back with my grand daughter for my springs. Other lady at the cash was slow and did not want to look for my shoes. Overall 8/10.

Mr Hayes is the only orthotist who has really helped me. It took quite a while to get the correct adjustment, but I was able to go back to him several times for him to tweek my orthotics at no extra charge. I would gladly recommend his services.

Amazing sales representative ,I went in looking for a wrist brace ended up with shoes. Young lady Jillene was very professional and polite . I will go back for some winter boots .
