Absolutely useless. "You will need to contact the US to see if you can open an account without a social security number." How hard can it be for the local office to know the answer to this question?
I lost all my money and my family because I decided to go to the bank on the day they got robbed. They have not payed any reprisals to me or anyone who was there that day. Nobody knows about this robbery because the cops and News agency's got bribed with the money they stole from the bank my friend Dwayne the Rock Hardmen was also there but he got bribed as well. Dear People who robbed the bank WHERE IS MY BRIBE MONEY??!?!?!

If it was possible to give them negative stars I would. They have the worst customer call centre with no real people. A robs-bot who does not understand. Try transfer-wise if you have any international banking needs.
I have tried to change our address 3 times. 3 times it gets redirected to an abusive stalker ex. This time a credit card was sent out. Giving them access to money. You wait a minimum of 40 minutes because they are busy . You know they re just hoping you ll do it all online. However when you royally mess up this big over and over again. You need to speak to someone. This isn t a complex issue. An added bonus. They have it mostly correct when you check on their app..they just wrote the wrong country...YET THEY STILL SEND IT TO AN OLD ADDRESS!! Never use Bank of America. Don t go there ever. It is not worth the stress. Other banks out there which can manage the simple task of sending mail to the right address.
Being a 5 stars financial provider, I would like to share with the bank the IP of the Far-Out Group (FOG) for the benefit of "World Family Members". The world's population may hence be depending on its financial services! Giving them power to stabilize markets, hence the economy as a whole.
