Poor customer service. I'm a new company and called to set up a account with them and the sales rep M Orlando told me he had just had surgery and I feel bad for him and hope he gets better but he told me that hes out for a while can I use a different company for a week or two till hes back just a sagestion it would have been better to have a different rep help me then to lose a customer and when I said I would just take my business some place else he didnt care just said ok have a good day. It's sad I think places fail to remember it's small businesses like mine that keep places lime this open

I have come into work multiple times to my bread order sitting on the ground outside the back door right by the dumpster...not ok! Talked with other people that order from them and the same thing is happening with them also..please fix this.

Love the three cheese garlic bread and I wish they could pass out the bread to the surrounding neighborhood

I did not go to that place but I bought there Fred oops I made too much and it was delicious with butter and jam. I will try to go to the company and see if I can buy that bread because Marc's did not have it in stock.

I will not eat this bread even if I was paid to. All you need to do is see the amount of ingredients... are they feeding us poison?

Orlando leaves bread out for a week now. So whatever color they bring in is what they pick up its a 6 day code on the tag. When I worked for them as a delivery driver it was a two day code. Every loaf I buy now and every place I eat at, that they deliver to, the bread is dry! I bought a loaf tuesday and it is garbage now. Only made one sandwich out of it and I noticed when I was making it. If management doesn't particularly like you they will do everything in their power to trick you into getting fired or resignation. They do not follow the union contract and coerce you any chance they get. I loved my job I really did, I fed 1000s of people and my customers loved me!!!! Very disappointed 0 integrity, 0 quality and 0 value for any of the employees. Over worked and underpaid. Plus they outsource the bread now so they barely make it anymore which is a shame. I guess times are tough and people are lazy.

Liked the workplace and Employers environment. Good place to work!

I just bought a package of your Brioche hamburger buns. All I can say is WOW! They are large but not dense like other rolls. It was the perfect size for a large and messy burger. Don t know if they are new, haven t seen them before but I hope they are in all stores.

Poor place too work the supervisors are soo rude , the people in the office do nothing but sit on there behind an the bread i would never eat it ...

I must say these guys deserve an applause for their customer service! Very hard to get such a feeling with many bakeries these days.

I love your Orlando Italian twist with the seeds. It's so good toasted with butter, or with a good salami sandwich. However, lately I've noticed there are less and less seeds on the bread. I still love the bread but the seeds really add something special . Thank you, Ally Kelley

TRUCKER REVIEW: Great People to deal with, a little hard to get to if you miss the detour (USE E.75th), drive on grand after you turn off of 75th not first one you will see guard booth to check in at. Very friendly & helpful staff.

DETAIL: Delivered a load here, had trouble because GPS (google & truck said use E.79th st but it was closed), missed detour sign to turn off Woodland Ave onto E.75th St, had to turn around, used E.89th St (right) then (right) on Buckeye Rd (((THIS TURN {.89th & Buckeye} IS A TOUGH SHARP CORNER with a close pole, SWING WAY OUT, MAY HAVE TO MOVE CONES), then take Woodland Ave back to E.75th St and go left to Grand Ave, pull in second drive way you will see guard booth to check in at, wait in truck and dock worker will come out to grab paperwork & tell you where to go.

All in all from a Trucker perspective; friendly & helpful staff, very fast unload, easy to get to once past detour & construction, wish all shippers were nice & easy like this....

Do yourself a favor and do not come and work for this company. It is family run therefore anything goes in this place. High turnover rate from every department. Long hours of work and you'll have to work 6-7 days a week since the factory runs 24/7. The starting wage is low and the union isn't the best. There is a lack of communication as well with supervisors. Its a mess in there.

I ve been buying bread for 20 years from them. Why I don t know. Nothing but bad experiences from them lately. I guess good help is hard to find now.

This is the best bread ever made. I Love Orlando Bread it's perfect for me I have a sentive stomach this bread isn't full of perservatives it has to be frozen after three days it toast perfect and I use it for French Toast, as well as everything you need bread for. Thank You Orlando Bread!!! I'll live a happy life as long as I can get your bread...Seriously... O S Rollns
