Worst water dispensers, i bought new one but its cold tab is not pulling out water properly and even some it gets stuck completey.

Very poor quailty AC inverter after 2 year got kit problem i have 6 new Orient AC all ac have problem after 2 year when warrenty finish. Company charge 3 time more than market for repair

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I feel pity for anyone whose Orient AC breaks down and they make the huge mistake of getting it repaired by Orient s so called repair centre. My DC inverter broke down nearly 2 weeks ago and it still hasn t been fixed. An obese man called Zaheer came to collect the kit after repeated calls and since then whenever I call for an update he promises to have it installed the very next day. At first he tried to sell me a refurbished kit as a brand new one to the tune of Rs.16,000. When I asked too many questions and an invoice to prove that it s new, he starts making the excuse that new kits aren t available and I ll have to go with a refurbished one. I suspect he knew all along that there are no new kits but was trying his luck and hoping I ll fall for his deception. I ve complained to their customer care centre, the man supervising fatty ( Usman) and the supervisor s supervisor ( Abdullah) and all keep telling me they ll have it fixed the next day. Not once has anyone offered an apology or an explanation for the delay. Most horrific experience. I would advise anyone to first not buy such a substandard AC and if you do need it fixed, you re better off getting it done by someone in the market for half the price.

very fantastic and awsomme colorfull lights each cost 4000 rupees but dont have any warranty can be available on demand

Extremely disappointed with the customer support. Not only they behave rudely when you call but also make lame excuses. And don't talk about product quality, I bought a water dispenser and after 3 days it broke down.

Very poor,Poor customer service. They dont pick up the calls Poor in online sale. Just order and forget that you have ordered something. Not recommended for online purchase
