Hard to believe, literally forced to compare by a judge no wonder a third more court costs keep it up .......

I am shocked!!! I have never experienced such cheek, here you are treated like a subhuman, the judges here always decide according to their mood, the law has no value HERE! The other reviews confirm that!

The appeal is refused for no reason without a corresponding, comparable judgment of the ECJ. Just because you think you are orienting yourself on a BGH judgment, the legality of which raises very strong doubts. Ultimately, you just want to clear the judicial system of VW lawsuits, because you don't want them to burden the system any further. If, instead, one had simply created a clear legal basis that clearly turns the VW Group into a fraud, such questionable decisions would not have been necessary in the first place and one would have saved a lot of money and work.

Completely wrong judgments (in my opinion); z. B. that a motorist must stick with, when a cyclist crashes in a evasive maneuver on a dirt road, without the two vehicles have touched ..
