Organization Solutions, LLC Review

Finding Mercia has been a mercy! Nothing in my cluttered house caused her to bat an eye, or lift an eyebrow. I have moved my 5 bedroom house into a 2 bedroom cottage, plus I have all my mother's stuff in the basement, and I am disabled. She made me feel totally comfortable and not at all guilty about not being able to do it myself. She worked sweetly with my 13 year old granddaughter and taught her some wonderful skills. She is fantastic, fast, thorough, and totally respectful and kind. I look forward to having her complete my home work. She is going to be my go-to woman for as long as SHE will have Me. ;-)

I have never been able to arrange my home furnishings, paperwork, drawer-space, closets, etc., in a satisfactory way. I didn't have those skills, and the thought of trying to do the work myself was a source of anxiety. Mercia was just the person for the job. She arrived prepared, and after a brief assessment, we began transforming my living space. She understood what my needs were, and using items that I already owned, Mercia created an environment that is beautifully organized and reflects my personality. She is efficient with her time, and has a very calming presence. She is also a great teacher, and took the anxiety out of the process. I highly recommend her. I am very happy with her work, and would hire her again.

Mercia is a miracle worker! She helped me tame the monster in my basement. In four hours, she wrangled into labeled and organized shape, years worth of art supplies, holiday decorations, and the flotsam and jetsam left over from a kitchen remodel. Mercia vacuumed up drifts of bug carcasses, and wiped down every inch of every item, shelf, and surface. Unlike other organizers I've engaged, she worked with my lifestyle, and didn't pressure me to get rid of anything I wasn't ready to release. She didn't throw away even a scrap of paper without checking with me. I HIGHLY recommend Organization Solutions!

Mercia helped us to organize all the paperwork that was cluttering up our kitchen and our home. Mercia arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and made enormous progress on decluttering and organizing our basement. Life changing! Mercia helped me organize my home from top to bottom. Not only was she effective and efficient with her work, she is as sweet, kind, and thoughtful as anyone could hope. I've used Organization Solutions on three occasions now to help organize my home. Mercia is fantastic, and has now helped me transform my kitchen and basement. I was feeling overwhelmed, but she came in and quickly got to work and within four hours the rooms looked amazingly different. I greeted her in my bath robe, so depressed with the amount of clutter in my house and she took my hand, looked straight into my eyes and said it was going to be okay. From that moment on I trusted and believed that at last I had found someone who understood me.
Mercia is kind, thoughtful, ORGANIZED and incredibly non judgemental. This was even after she was sourounded by 400+ magazines, just as many catalogs, newspapers from 3 moths ago, and chaos. Her patience never waivered and when she left 4 hours later, I felt an immediate sense of hope and control... and I couldn't wait for her to come back again.
Her motto to me is "I am here to help you for as long as you need me, but my goal is to get you as quickly as possible to the point where you are no longer writing me a check, but I am always a phone call away". She is awesome in what she does and her ablility to grasp the situation immediately. I thank my lucky stars that I have found her!

I had a large room where over years I had put things that I didn't really have a place for and didn't know what to do with. Mercia looked at the room, and said NO Problem! After six hours of work she had everything sorted along with a lot of things that needed to be dumped. That room had been always been nagging me and now it is clear! Thank you Mercia!

Mercia is fantastic! I was connected to her through Home Advisor, and within days she was at my home ready to work. She arrived on time and started right away. Within 4 hours my kitchen was organized and spotless. She found a place for everything and helped me sort through what to keep, donate, or throw away. I would have never been able to accomplish what she did on my own in that amount of time. The second day she brought Michelle and they are a fantastic team! Not only is my house cleaner, but she has motivated me to continue when she isn't here! Mercia is very understanding and works at lightning speed! I will definitely be giving her a call when it's time to move and unpack!

I had an excellent experience with Mercia and Michelle, her helper. Not only did they effectively and efficiently pack my books, art, prints and other materials for long-term storage, but they unpacked my household items and within two days had me settled into my new residence. Quietly and expeditiously they worked with me to find the best locations for my items, and they were with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for downsizing, moving, sorting, unpacking, and organizing!

Mercia is truly amazing!! We had just moved in and were at a loss with what to do with our kids room. We have so much stuff, not a lot of closet space. She helped me optimize as much space as possible and rearranged our children s room into a wonderful, fun, safe and comfortable area! She had great ideas and really made me feel apart of the process. I will definitely be using her again in the future for tackle other areas of my house, so impressed and happy! And not to mention, my son loves his new room and won t stop playing in it !
