Made an appointment to have an estimate for a gas ...

Made an appointment to have an estimate for a gas line run to my kitchen. The morning of the appointment it was a no show. I had taken time off from work to meet the contractor. Unable to take the entire day off from work. I called later to ask why no one showed. they said they tried to contact me to verify the appointment. When they quoted me my phone number it was incorrect. Wasted time and lost income from work due to their error. They cost me time and money and never provided a service. If they cannot confirm a single phone number how can they be trusted to do quality work?

No longer does residential work, and for good reas...

No longer does residential work, and for good reason. They used an unsupervised apprentice to do substandard work without permits. Errors included:
1. No vent on one of the bathroom sinks
2. No flashing on the roof vent for the toilet, so the roof leaked
3. No waterproof membrane on either of the shower pans
4. Wrong type of drain in both showers
5. Pex instead of copper shower risers
6. Water lines draped over the main electrical panel
7. Water heater destroyed because they failed to close, cover, or empty it after moving it
8. Water heater vented across a gas supply line and into a floor joist
9. Missing brackets, corner guards, and insulators on all water lines, causing friction and future leaks where they pass through framing
10. Incorrectly sized supply lines, such as new 3/4 inch supply connecting to new 1/2 inch supply connecting to old 3/4 inch galvanized running to the kitchen

The water heater had to be relocated, again, and replaced at a cost of $2500. Two marble tiled showers had to be totally replaced at a cost of $3000 each. I had to pay a roofer $250 to install the vent flashing. The remaining repipe and repairs cost $3550. On top of that, they billed me $910 to move a water line 18 inches after their apprentice installed it across an HVAC vent. I refused to pay it so they sent the bill to collections.

Great quick service. Rody showed up right away.

Great quick service. Rody showed up right away.
If your looking for a knowledgeable plumber and don't wanna be worried about costly repairs you don't need, Cascade is the place to call.
They will definitely give you an accurate description of what the plumbing issue is and lay out your options before doing work and finding out later you have a big bill.
Thank you cascade and Rody for the quick fix of my leaky pipe.
