The experience was underwhelming. 🥱 The ordering process felt clunky and not user-friendly at all. I faced several hiccups, and customer support was slower than anticipated. The product I received didn't match what was described, leaving me quite unsatisfied. I had higher expectations based on the promises made. Overall, it just didn’t deliver. 🤔
