Orange France - Marseill Review

Internet down for almost a week, and with the agreement of customer service, I am coming to retrieve an AirBox!
Refusal of loan of the equipment from a procedural point of view and no solution provided despite my offer to provide the requested parts by email directly on site! Waste of time, deplorable service and an ongoing internet failure.

Do not hesitate to go there recent boutique warm welcome, availability and sound advice.

Worst network i've ever seen in my whole entire life, i can't even compare this company with an american company like AT&T because every single time I play a game it always turns out i have 900ms of ping same for youtube literally unwatchable.

Top store and team also unlike the others in the city.
The receptionist was welcoming and was able to direct me to the right advisor.
The assistant store manager who looked after me is very professional. He was able to respond to my request while explaining to his newcomer in training, and respond to the requests of his colleagues.
I still say bravo for his professionalism and responsiveness

I regret having left orange to go to bouygues on my mother s advice. I went back to orange to get an invoice and the advisor and his team are great! Good advice and don't hesitate to go out of their way to help you. Sincere thanks to Savior who was remarkably kind, attentive and patient.
