Highly recommend this great hotel for my dear Floridians

Fairly tough escape room. Not as thought provoking as EscapeOlogy but it really makes you feel like you are locked up.

The check in was rather seamless even though this hotel lost our reservation. The spa, had us dressing in orange, which was helpful to distinguish employee's. The restaurants are inexpensive, but I wonder about the quality of the food. Room where a little cramped and one of my only complaints is how firm the mattresses were and the turn down service did not happen for me. All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this AirBNB to everyone.

While i waited for a friend to be released , a homeless man whom apparently had been released that day "maybe" was laying outside their building by the benches masturbating in plain camera view. Pretty disturbing wait. Besides that the staff was nice lol.

They need to retrain their visitation department receptionists, first of all they answer the phones with a plain "visitation" not even a "Hi good evening how may I assist you today", second they are very uneducated and rude, they might not like their job but they need to be more humane and understanding when it comes to callers. Most of the time the people calling are doing this for the very first time, we are worried, scared and confused trying to help and find out about our loved ones. And I understand this is not adult summer camp, they did the crime they'll do the time but the employees (Customer Service Reps) should actually provide a warming and enthusiastic service, not make us (the callers) feel punished for calling. And I'm giving a star cause if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to post my review, but not even half a star they deserve. It's sad that I feel this way just for trying to inquire about a loved one.

They are fair let me out because I had cash on me to pay for my bond but it would be a plus if y all had a atm n there so we can just get money out to bond ourselfs

It's been a long time since I stayed that this hotel but I am sure it hasn't changed much. I do not recommend! Awful View. In fact I wasn't able to see outside. I preferred Ocean View with a balcony and this place did not have any of that. It was very cheap they only took the $2 I had with me and I only stayed one night in a bed in general population. The first night I had to sleep on a stainless steel bench. Thanks again for messing up my paperwork so I could not leave earlier. You bunch of dimwits. Also, the food was awful and even the bologna sandwiches still had a wrapper on the cheese you had to remove yourself. I recommend staying away and I'm glad I have not been back since.

Pretty nice place. Not as much rape as I thought or had heard on the streets. Did have to join a prison gang, you know just to be safe. All and all not bad.
