They need to retrain their visitation department receptionists, first of all they answer the phones with a plain "visitation" not even a "Hi good evening how may I assist you today", second they are very uneducated and rude, they might not like their job but they need to be more humane and understanding when it comes to callers. Most of the time the people calling are doing this for the very first time, we are worried, scared and confused trying to help and find out about our loved ones. And I understand this is not adult summer camp, they did the crime they'll do the time but the employees (Customer Service Reps) should actually provide a warming and enthusiastic service, not make us (the callers) feel punished for calling. And I'm giving a star cause if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to post my review, but not even half a star they deserve. It's sad that I feel this way just for trying to inquire about a loved one.
