Optima Cycles BV Review

Now that we finally have them, the bikes are ideal. BUT...
We ordered 2 bicycles. We had to wait 4 months for it. We always had to inquire ourselves when delivery would be made.
When ordering, delivery would take one and a half months. 3 times we had to ask again when they would be delivered. Each time, the schedule was rescheduled after the appointment. And postpone ... Yet they continue to promise Optima cycles that delivery will be made. Not so.
Due to the delay, we received a bouquet of flowers from our dealer to calm us. It has long become compost. Would they have given them a mirror or a click system? It would have been cheaper and permanent. No, it keeps us feeling bad.
All of our summer was planned with cycling tours. We were really looking forward to it. Not even so. We had already disposed of our older bicycles.
So don't believe them when they propose a delivery date.
On the website you could have the GT bikes within a week via Bike Totaal. Blablabla. All sales tricks. Once ordered, the order is in.
The bikes are beautiful. Only I notice that they have been put together in a hurry. Black screws are damaged and shine like never before. In their haste to deliver, the final check (if any) has fallen short. Or they have put a tinker to work ... No, the bad feeling continues to dominate and it will never disappear. There is still a lot of work to be done with regard to planning and communication at Optima Cycles.
