Just started just everyone was quiet friend and professional

I currently work for this conpany. Good company to work for. Communication with account managers needs work but other than that I have no complaints. I'm so happy I am apart of this conpany. Great place to start a career.

Great employer... Been here for 5 months, paid on time, good shift work, everyone on time.

They will steal your PTO and terminate you do to their own management lack of management. Also they pay pennies compared to other companies. AND I have record of emails from HR and insurance so please comment and say you have no record of me working for this company because from what I just witnessed with insurance fraud and PTO fraud I am and will be seeking legal counsel!

I have worked for OPS for just over two years now and have no complaints. OPS is by far the best company I worked for.

I received real training, hands on, and even one on one if needed. not just watching a video. Professionalism and courteousness is one of the main training focus points, you won't get that everywhere.

The Senior Leadership is like no other, I mean where else do you work in the rain in 32 degrees weather and the CEO is out there with you? Your managers and supervisor are working with you, not giving orders from a worm house, car or office but in the thick of it all with you.

OPS doesn't just say, but shows they care about employees growth, and promotes from within and it doesn't take five to ten years of work,, or one of those security companies that require military or police experience for management positions, your work is your resume.

its not just clocking in and out doing a job and getting a check, its also how they can help you grow and meet your goals as an individual, they make you want to work and when payday comes around I don't feel like I wasted 40 hours of my life and have nothing to show for it.

Overall OPS has shown to be an Excellent company to work with, somewhere to build a career not just a job.

Great company but the worst manager I ever worked for -MANNY RIVERA - never answers his phone , and always promising with out delivery.

Applied to this company, and I have all the necessary listed experience. Was denied in less than 24 hours. I'm guessing they're racist, and don't like black people. No criminal record, former military, and I've been in the security field for 15 years. Still not good enough for these people.

As an employee of OPS I have not had a single bad experience. Any issues I had were either due to the building or my own accord. OPS always keeps me updated with information I might need about a site, the on site staff are always helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the company is welcoming and understanding. They treat me much better than any other employer ever has and I m very grateful to them for the opportunities they ve given me and the potential they see in me as well.

What a great company with great people I m guessing they hire some top notch guys !!!!!! Well anyways I went to a Herbology location that was located in delco and meet this security officer name isaac ,I know his name spelled with an E but couldn t remember how to spell it but he helped me out my car because I was handicap and was just a great person in General !!! His customer service was so good I had to tell my nephew to apply to ops because I loved the presence that Isaac put to the table !!!!!! We need more people like Isaac in this world !!! Thank you so much isaac .
