Customer support is poor. Opia Ltd. should've send GPixel5 Bose QC35 II headphones after 2 weeks (as stated of its own).
Validation took very long (nearly 4 weeks). Since validation I'm waiting since more than 11 weeks. I can't recommend to take part on any promotion campaigns. This is going for months now and I never got an information how long this will take.

If there was a zero I would have given that. How Samsung have allowed themselves to be tied up with this outfit to offer cashback I will never know. They are the most inefficient company at handling cashback I have ever come across. The promise to pay in up to 30 days is a joke, they are normally taking up to 90 days to pay up with no reply to any queries about late payment other than a standard not commital pre-printed letter saying be patient. AVOID !!!

Takes ages to validate the claim (Google Pixel 4a 5g) . Once its validated the same waiting game continues. The worst part is that the customer service calls are not answered even after waiting for 10-15 minutes.

I was informed that my cashback claim would take over 30days (as this is the time frame at which I can return my phone to the store) and aroumd 31 days I get an email and a txt to say my money is on its way. I check my bank the next day and there it is.

What more can you ask for. I was imformed how the process would go and that's how it went. Some people need to learn patience and delayed gratification... tut tut
