Fast service. 45 mins for an iPhone battery replacement.

I had a iPhone 6 power port contact issue. They fixed it in one minute by cleaning the port without any charge. Great store.

Came in to have my battery replaced here not because they were so much cheaper than the Apple Store ($39 vs $49) but because I did not want to wait over 2 hours to get it done at the Valley Fair Apple store.

The the guy who took my phone and issued me the receipt when I told him that I wanted the battery replaced should have told me before that I would lose the Battery Health function since they are use aftermarket battery. Most people don t know that you would lose this functionality so it would be nice to tell people.

Once I got home I noticed the top right corner of screen had a small knick where the screen joined the aluminum body. I m guessing this happened when they were prying the screen off? I don t know. Phone has never been opened since new and I ve never messed with it. My phone is a 6s so I m not too concerned just a little annoyed since they had not mentioned it.

I ve gone here several times over the years and was very satisfied. Today I am very disappointed and may not go here anymore.

These guys put Apple Store to shame. They fixed my iphone6 screen and replaced battery while incompetent and arrogant Apple Store refused to service my phone. I'd rather giving business to these amazing people than Apple.

Fixed my iPhone 5 battery recently within the hour.

Very happy with there customer service!!!! Even though i did not use them (because i used my insurance and just got another one ) They were more than happy to help me with all my questions i had about fixing the screen on my 4S. If i didn't have insurance this would be the place to work with.

Quality work, my iPad 2 was cracked from being dropped and landing on the corner near the headphone jack. the jack wqs exposed and the inner frame was damaged. The engineer called me to explain the work needed to be done. It had cost about $30 dollars more for a gasket of some sort to fix the frame's damage. It was entirely worth it as a quality repair has been done. I would not hesitate to come back here.

Best service ever! I had water damage to my Apple iPhone 6. However, the water damage was taken care of and the phone worked perfectly for 6 months until my battery gave out on me. Just because Apple knew there had been water damage, they would not put a new battery in it and said I should just trade it in and pay $300.00 for a new iphone 6. I did my research and found this amazing place. Others offered to replace it but it would take from 2 hours to three days and the cost was much higher. This place took 25 minutes and charged only $39.00....the Apple battery costs $29 until December so this was SO reasonable! It's been a week and my phone does register the battery life even though someone said that the Apple phone would not recognize the battery and therefore you would not know the battery level. I could not be happier!

Quickly fixed a headphone jack broken off into my iPad and replaced a screen for an iPhone in less than 15 minutes. Nice and knowledgeable staff. Plan to go to them for all future iPhone repair issues!

Very conscientious about COVID safety also a they have a glass wall up over the desk, doors were open so I didn t have to touch handles, and they not only wear N95 masks, but also sell them! Will refer all my friends and family for sure.

Amazing service. I used to come to this location several times before. They did raise the price so it was a bit more than I expected. I checked their online website for the prices because I recently broke my phone at work and I have an iPhone 8 Plus with a bleeding LCD. I didn t realize that the price was different in store but the lady Kat I think was her name offered me a used screen which is EXACTLY like NEW for $99 plus the fixing of the LCD and it works just perfect. Prices are negotiable and very fair. Great quality parts for iPhones. Absolutely will come here if I ever have a phone issue. I highly recommend this place. Top notch service guys. Thank u so much!

I paid 49$ for an iphone 6 screen (aftermarket) using the google discount and it works great. They were nice, professional and punctual. I would recommend.

I came here in desperate need to repair my cracked iPhone 7+ screen and I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received today. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted kindly and they immediately went to work starting with checking if all components of my phone was working correctly. After that, I waited less than an hour to receive my phone. My new screen looks amazing and I will definitely come back when needed.

In comparison to Apple s screen repair price (170$), I only paid 129$. Highly reccomend this place if you want to receive outstanding quality/direct service with a more reasonable price. :-)

I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen. I dropped it off and was asked to return 45 minutes later. Everything was done by then. I paid $119 and I am very happy with the quality of the repair. This is a small office on the second floor and it was quite busy that Saturday evening. You can also hang out in the waiting room until the repair is done.

I come here every time I have an iPhone or iPad problem. They are REALLY awesome.

They usually work on the device while you wait. If the fix is quick, like the one I just came in for, they won't charge you anything. The crew is knowledgeable and very nice. AND the repair prices are very reasonable.

I severely cracked my iPhone 6s Plus screen and the LED display was damaged and showed red and yellow vertical lines. Cupertino iPhone Repair on Stevens Creek Blvd was able to fix my phone same day and only took about 45 minutes to do so. Given the extent of the damage, they did great work. Friendly, professional, affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their iPhone screen repaired.

Staffs there are very nice and friendly and opened my iPhone up to remove a stuck SIM card free of charge!!! I will definitely take my iPhone there again if I need battery replacement or other service! (While I was there there were three customers came by to replace their phone battery)

I took a broken iPhone that other repair center broke after trying to replace the screen.

They were able to diagnose that the problem was a transistor that got ripped off when the "expert technician" was replacing the screen.

I got charged $0 for the diagnose and they gave me the diagram pinpointing were the problem was and tape the loose transistor to the back of my phone to take it back to the culprit and have them fix it.

To bad they don't do microsolding or I would've fix it right there.

The replacement screens are terrible, I can't touch my screen without leaving a lingering tap, got it replaced 3 times, still does the same thing. They tried to convince me that it was my storage affecting it, complete bull.

Fast and accurate service. Giving a 4 star since screen replacements are charged extra. This is not evident from their website info.

The quickest service I've ever seen for an iPhone repair.

I'd been having a lot of issues with my iPhone 6 battery (as so many around the country are as well) and really just wanted to get it fixed for cheaper than the $180 I was being quoted at so many other places. While I originally hesitated to take it to a third party, I have no regrets; I walked in, told them my issue, and with $39 and 12 minutes, my phone was fixed. Highly recommend this place.

iPhone 5s battery died, took it here, 15 min later I had a brand new battery. I'm writing this post two weeks after the battery replacement to make sure that the battery functions as it should. It has been working perfectly. I also downloaded the app "battery life" and the app confirms the battery is completely functional with no wear.

I asked them to show me my old battery so that I can compare it to the new battery. They are exactly identical. So I know they used top quality parts.

One extra thing, while in the process of replacing my battery, my screen came off at the edge by 1 mm. It was noticeable when you touched it. I took it back to the store and the team super glued it and now it is flush at that corners. Thank you for doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place and you cannot beat the great price!

I had these guys replace the battery in my 18 month old iPhone 5 a week ago. The official shop opening is 930am, but they were there at 9:15 and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Certainly a simple job, but it appears they did it cleanly, cheaply, and quickly... which is exactly what I was looking for.

I just got my iPhone 5s fixed by Cupertino iPhone Repair. I thought every phone repair was horrible, but this place was lit. They said my phone will get fixed in 45 minutes. They fixed it in 20-25 minutes. It was also $79 which is really cheap compared to UBreakIFix or others. Trust me this place is worth it

I dropped my iPhone 4 and the Gorilla glass broke. I looked at buying repair kits and doing it myself. But frankly, the cost savings wouldn't have been enough to justify: 1) waiting a couple of days for it to arrive, while using a phone that I could now easily cut my fingers on 2) The hour or more I would spend doing the repair or 3) the tiny doubt in the back of my mind that I might screw it up. Cupertino Phone Repair provided me what I wanted: they met my expectations for a quick repair at a fair price. The web site says an hour, but when I walked in they said they could do it in 45 minutes. Went home and came back an hour later and everything was done as promised for $89. Great service! Thanks for making one part of my day simple and easy.

Good customer service. They replaced cracked screens on 2 iPads and 3 iPhones ( thanks to an active kid) for me. I am happy with their service. You may find cheaper options elsewhere if you look for them. But service and reliability here makes up for that price difference.

Fast professional and efficient, I cracked my iPhone X screen this morning after falling during a run and looked for a bunch of places in the area. This was the highest rated place and I was a little bit skeptical because it was an Apple authorized but I went in and got my phone fixed in 20 minutes and it's brand new and we also get warranty. They explain things really easily and calmly and let you sit in their waiting room as you wait for your phone to be fixed. Would come again!

The iPad 2 had an unfortunate fall and cracked it's screen. I brought it in to be fixed the next day. I was hoping for a same day turn but apparently the Cupertino School district trusts them to repair all of their iPads and they were completely booked for a couple of days.
Since the school district liked their work enough, I figured they would do a good job on my single iPad.
A few days later, it was fixed and works great.
Next time I get a broken screen, I will becoming here.

My iPhone-6 has a charging cable connection problem that was very intermittent. The guy looked at it, cleaned the plug-in hole and let me tried it. It was solid. He did not ask for money. I put in $20 for tips.. I was anticipating a 2-3 day repair job. It was completed in ONE minute.

Do not use this business! My screen was cracked and paid over $250 to have it fixed. Shortly after the service. The screen started to malfunction. I called Cupertino iPhone Repair. They will not honor the 2 month warranty without a receipt. They hung up on me after I questioned the warranty policy. I don't think that is good customer service. Would not recommend this business.

My iPhone was no longer charging because liquid got in the charging port. I took it in at short notice and had it back fixed in an hour for a fair price, based on what I saw from shopping around. The guys there are skilled and knowledgeable. Recommended!

Came for battery replacement for my phone with a malfunctioning screen. When I complained they only agreed to give me a used scratched screen.

They fixed my screen quickly and the price wasn't bad for an iPhone replacement - plus they offer a cheaper, off-brand replacement as well as the Apple original. Great service and super-quick, was done in under an hour.

Technically, these guys seem pretty competent. Businesswise, I'm not happy with how they do business. I took them a water-damaged iPhone6S. They told me that they would do a 'Water Damage Checkout' for $19 and let me know if the phone is repairable. I thought that sounded reasonable. They told me that if is the Charging Port and Battery are bad, it would only cost $79 to repair. So, I left the phone with them. The next day, they called me and said that they got the phone working with an 'new' charging port (connected but not installed) and asked if I wanted them to install it. I said, sure, please confirm the price. They responded with: $19 water damage fee, $49 alcohol cleaning fee, $89 charging port fee. Total: $157!!!! WAIT a minute, yesterday, they told me $19 + $79. TODAY, it's $19 + $49 + $89. Also, they asked for my authorization for the $49 alcohol cleaning fee AFTER they did it!! I thought I was only on the hook for $19 at that point. We settled on $118, but I felt like they weren't being honest with me. Now, the tough screen is acting flakey. So, I called them back and described the problem. They just quoted me another $139 to replace the touch screen. Well, for $118 + $139 ($257), I'd be just $43 from replacing the phone at Apple (They typically replace/exchange failed phones for $300). Again, I'm not happy with the Surprise $49 fee and the extra $10 on the charging port. Didthey quote low just to get my business?
