Stay away from this company. I cancelled my ticket three weeks ago and they confirmed they will refund me that day as I was within my cancellation terms. Its been three weeks and no refund! They now wont reply to my emails anymore. Crooks! I will file a complaint with other venues but I wanted to worn others. Do not book with these crooks!

Garbage manure !!! One star I've given too much !!!
I went to Spain and instead of doing a Semitic count at an airport in Barcelona, the guide counted everything that moves. Half of our group had to take a public bus to the hotel. Then we went to Toledo where the trip was only a mass-weight run, without stopping, without allowing the photographer and without saying a word about the place, just running like a beret. After some of the men got tired, the guide covered a count in the same way as the airport count. We were nine people who went to work completely. Luckily in the area was a Spanish police car that the police explained how to get to the gathering point of tourists. But when we got there, we discovered that no one was looking for us !!! Moreover, the "athletes" of our group simply boarded the bus and went to Madrid together with the instructor !!! We took a public transport bus, which was not cheap.
After a while I went to the United States (also with Ophir Tours) and there I had a great counselor. But the driver was an 80 year old guy !!! (Really, well done to a person who agreed to work at that age) that we have to drive the bus for eight hours in a row and without any break.
In short, do not approach this company under any circumstances !!!!!!
