I had an inquiry regarding technical issues and the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me for no reason whatsoever. Will not be continuing business with them, customer service is huge.

From a network admin s point a view the software and the knowledge of enterprise computing by ETAP is pathetic. Not able to install with SCCM, the licensing server is a failure where it requires the serial keys to be entered manually on each workstation, and you cannot run license server on a VM machine because they claim you can misuse the licenses. I would recommend to any company looking at this to find an alternative. When you call "support" you will find that they do not have a dedicated support staff. Whoever answers the phone is the support. Which one time was a receptionist.
Update: received a reply from the support lead: "I am not familiar with SCCM". Admins stear clear of this. Installing and setting up is a time waster. Have whoever recommends this to do a thorough cost analysis.
Well they posted Version 12 on their web site as ready and shipping but when you call the company the snippy lady says it is not ready and she doesn't know why it is on their site. Reading their Glassdoor reviews I don't expect much good to come from this company.
Another update. Had SCCM monitor ETAP use in our network, big fat zero. Guess who is not getting a renewal :)
They published a new version of software on their website when it wasn't released or available yet... nuf said!
