This is a nice huge hotel with medieval ambiance, so folkloric and open to not only guest but also professional events. The personnel is nice and the food is decent.

The hotel is beautiful, but very run down the sheets are wrinkled and worn, some common areas with dust on them as if they had a long time without shaking, there was no hot water in the shower, the control of the TV. It did not work, in short it left a lot to be desired.

Mixed feelings about this accommodation. Beautiful on the outside with a great restaurant, adult pool and small children's pool with play area. The interior is old but sort of expected. However, the rooms did have their issues. Our first room didn't have a working light switch and one of the light bulbs was not working. We got a second room and the bathroom shower water flooded a portion of the bathroom. All this can be fixed by management and it didn't really ruin our experience. It's good for the price, the "castle experience" but not for more than a couple of days.

Magical place, interesting, although expensive, but it is worth it. It is very free throughout the hotel, you can do photography sessions, it has something mystical (in fact it gives a little scary at night), very good emulation of a castle. Very wide.

Hotel has a very nice outside structure. The rooms have a very bad mold smell. It looks and feels as if it s haunted. We had to leave after one night because we could not get any sleep. Chairs and drawers would move on there own.

It is worth staying in low season $ 1800 for 4 people very luxurious but in high season $ 4000
