I could not get to the main hall, but in the pictures looks amazing

Awesome place to visit. Tickets can be purchased on site. Before entering the museum, at the entrance there are lockers to leave backpacks, jackets but equip yourself with coins.

Exciting to see my 11 year old grandson on that stage .... beautiful! :-)

Unforgettable shows, Theater of dreams of every opera lover. For the rest, unfriendly staff, a climate of too many conveniences, bar inaccessible.

A dive into the history of theater, I recommend it, it deserves.

I have been there several times in different years and occasions. More than positive experience on all occasions.

Incredible awesome theater. Make sure to check the museum (so you can see the inside of the theater). Totally recommended.

One of the many interesting buildings of a lively and lively city

It's a very big opera. It's shiny and beautiful. It also has a museum which is very interesting. It deserves the entrance fee. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

I bought the ticket to see the building from inside; means I didn t purchase the performance ticket. I was very eager to see the building and decorations but all these feelings were gone once I was inside. They don t let you see anything nor take a photo of anything. Your only chance is to watch the theatre from a very high, small and dark cabin where you can take a look into the theatre. There is a glass wall between you and the scene.

In addition to this, you will find small museum. I didn t find it interesting at all.

I wasted 9 euros and an hour on this location. Don t recommend it at all

World class! Nothing can bit it! Bolshoi in Moscow, Opera BB in Minsk in Kiev are equal. Saw "Jasellle" the main artists were from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus!

Must visit With the normal entrance you can only access the boxes from where you can see the stalls and the stage, but you can not access either of these two. In addition you can see the museum.

You can practically never visit the theater on the inside staircase because either there are events, or shows, or it is closed (last visit at 17:30). The cost to enter the theater is a bit excessive for a tourist. More

One of the most well known opera houses in the world - and for good reason. Although it is old - and you'll see that easily - the interior is amazing, as is the experience of the opera itself (acoustics and stage). Did not disappoint.

The opera house is antique and stunning. I was in Strauss's bat show. The show is quite remake and adapted for the period. SMS messages instead of letters. Exhibitors dressed in contemporary elegance. Modern decor. It loses a bit of flavor if compared to earlier-adjusted shows. But the place is stunning and worth the experience.

Impressive. A must to visit during organised tour days. But I highly recommend to assist an opera or ballet to appreciate how well the acoustic has been realised and how splendorous was conceived the structure and architecture. Fully luxurious ambient which provides a trip to the history of music not only during the Italian royalty era but also post royalty when the world famous directors, lyrics has presented. Take a ticket, moreover take a good expensive Place there and enjoy. You will never regret, believe me.

Beautiful, welcoming and above all in the tourist area

Even though it was a performance for students, it was quite fun. For your reference, even if you are far away from the limited view, it is better to see the stage as a whole.

Wonderful acoustics ... great performers ... the rest leaves much to be desired ... especially the second rows in the balconies. Do not sell in large numbers of the sessions that force you throughout the work to any type of visibility. In addition to not seeing anything, if not the wall in front, the second row negatively affects the acoustics, returning a clearly muffled sound.
