A bunch of snobs convinced that the world is just that little slice of people with a stink under their nose
My husband really wanted to see the Opera House, He was not disappointed. Beautiful, Historic Teatro alla Scala exudes Red Velvet & Gold Leaf through out... you can almost Hear Maria Callas, if you Truely listen!
Accompanied by a tour guide we visited the theater and were also able to access the stages. Majestic theater.
Hi, I'm the count. It was a really nice evening on the first of the scale with the Tosca
The Temple of absolute emptiness! While outside there is the end of the world ... There inside 4 rich parchmentists continue their useless life thinking of being eternal as the works they are looking at in the are tired of their souls. . . Without understanding that they will be swept away by history and no one will remember it for eternity!
The facade is disappointing to be the La Scala theater in Milan. It also needs a restoration
Great old opera house - and of course excellent staging
While we were in Milan we were lucky enough to get tickets to see a show at alla Scala. We made it in on the last night that they were showing Il Pirata. The theatre is really well kept and is very impressive, it's worth seeing if you're in the area, even if it's only to take the tour.
Around the side of the building, around 5/530 you can queue in line to get discounted tickets for the top tier. We were able to get 2 tickets for 26 euros total. The view from some of the seats up there isn't the best, but if you stand you can see the whole opera. This was s much more budget friendly experience, as tickets on the ground floor were about 500 euro for two.
Opera icon. Beautiful but ufffff how many people ... bad access by too many people
Breathtaking!!! Full of history!!! Too bad I could not catch an opera!!! Next time for sure!!!
Mandatory stop for opera lovers, the museum is a must.
Impeccable Scale. A little weak the sound of the oboes ... Perhaps with 5 elements in. Plus we would have had a more engaging volume.
Grandiose is to see in Milan the next time I hope to have time for a show
Fantastic experience I have been to see the crush nuts and I was enchanted by everything around me. The world's most beautiful theater
Spectacular theater, I spent more time looking at the environment than the opera
Historically significant! And worth the time to see it whether you like opera or not.
for the first time or brought my woman and was fascinated by the place
La Scala in Milan is already a fantastic sight in itself! See dance Roberto Bolle contemporary ballet star of Italian landscape has been the show within the show, Rudolf Nureyev forward La Scala Theater has given us the best of classical dance, and not only of course.
I hope to still see high-level classical ballets in the calendar in the entirety of the complete work.
Must see, historical place. Hunt for the tickets online, there are days when they are 50% off
Nice the show and of course the ladder, don't buy tickets at the top you can't see anything and you have to stand up, so pay for nothing
Historic theater, just entered crystal chandeliers, majestic columns and that feeling of the past history of them.
Immediately the masks in perfect uniform show you where to go the bases in your place, climb carpeted stairs and walk along ancient corridors, until you reach the stages.
These overlook the immense hall of the theater, there is a personal wardrobe for everyone.
The view of the hall is fantastic, you cannot imagine how many people are there, in the center a huge crystal chandelier of more than 10 m in diameter.
The whole interior has a perfect style and elegance.
We immediately spontaneously hear the strange acoustics there are, the sounds and voices of the actors come to you as if they were amplified.
And then the lights go out ..........
Many stairs to get to some boxes where you could see the rehearsals. I would have wanted to see it inside
The staircase is a splendid theater, plus they have solved the problem of spacing in an excellent way.
Beautiful interior. It is worthwhile to see it during. A. Opta o. You can. Visit the museum next door and interesting.
La Scala abbreviation in Italian of the official name Teatro alla Scala is an opera house in Milan, Italy. The theatre was inaugurated on 3 August 1778 and was originally known as the Nuovo Regio Ducale Teatro alla Scala
From the theater to its museum, hear tales of resident musical geniuses including Toscanini to Barenboim. A must for any classical music fan!
La Scala is located on Piazza della Scala in the heart of downtown Milan, just on the other side of the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II from the Duomo. The tram line 1 and yellow metro line both stop near the theater.
Large theater and really well kept. Highly recommended.
That is a theater that always has its interior maintenance, for bodily comfort and improving its acoustics for the approval of those who attend their visits and their works, their excellent Stradivarios.a excellent C.Cukden
Except for some small slips of great masters (well, directing Dvorak is not exactly easy), it remains a Milanese excellence. From Mozart to Berio, with even affordable tickets (and not).
Rude staff. Not everybody. But especially a guy who first got us on stage and then told us URLING (to me and my mother) that we had the wrong place. I asked him to relax, and he replied "I don't relax, you have slipped in" always shouting.
I bought 4 99 tickets on stage. I don't need to "slip in".
It is obvious that this person is not up to the theater.
It is important to hire staff capable of sharing with other people (Italian and foreign) and with a minimum of education.
It is the third time I go there and I was very disappointed.
Happened in the evening 19 July 2019
First floor, stage 14.
With dear friend Elias Tzeptonidis in the position of head of distribution happily in a rotating Greece, diamonds of a promising culture shine abroad.
Some great artifacts from music history e.g. Piano played by Lizst, Verde etc.
One of the most famous theaters in the world for quality. Attending a concert, ballet or opera here is undoubtedly a fantastic experience that ... at least once must be tried even if you are not really lovers of the classic genre
Very nice place, and if not possible to attend an opera, the museum remains to be done!
It is a wonderful place. Music lovers are well worth a visit. But to those who wish to meet him there is a guided tour of the museums. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Currently at around 9 euros
The sacred temple of opera, classical ballet and music, listening to the choir is a great experience.
It just needs to be live, not a single photo can replace this
There is little to say; one of the most important and beautiful theaters in the world!
It is the history of the theater, one cannot not visit it ... I recommend seeing the marriage of Figaro, a work scheduled until December.
