This company failed to deliver on their milestones and promises. They failed to understand concepts explained in detail after multiple hour long work calls. On several occasions they would fail to keep us, the client, informed on the progress of app development unless we requested it. They would often quoted estimates in their proposals that were inaccurate, and if the amount of hours wasn't to their liking, they would refused to do the work in the proposal after all parties signed. They claim they followed AGILE development, but it more closely resembled waterfall. This was further amplified by the fact that their organizational skills always seemed lacking. It got to the point where communications that had been recorded under the knowledge of both parties would contradict their statements. As a by product, multiple escalations would in progress and often we were requested to tell the project manager that the tasks were resolved when we weren't. The fact that, we the client, were asked to tell the project management falsehoods is more than enough of a reason to be hesitant and doubtful of their practices. Even after paying for the underwhelming product, getting the code and product took a monumental amount of effort. I don't recommend working with them unless you just need to toss money away.

I went their for the interview. Seriously They aren't serious for taking the interview. it was my shortest interview ever(only 1.5 min or less).
It's a great company for freshers as well as laterals. Good work environment, work timings, and friendly colleagues. Gives best Salary in Ahmedabad IT industry. And equal appraisal hikes based on performance.
Pathetic company. They keep promising good code and timely deliveries and fail each time. The code is not at all reusable and worst of all it breaks all coding standards and crashes at random intervals.

Average company for freshers. They are not providing training for freshers, which is the worst side of the company. Atleast they should have their own banner or board at Company office. For new visitors it is very difficult to find openxcell without board.
Bad technical interview experience I already mentioned in my resume that i have worked on angular 4 and 5 and not on react js but after completion of technical round they told me that they are looking for react and angular 7 latest technology guy...then why you call me for technical interview??
A bit much miscommunication, but the company does its best to avoid that just make sure everything is very clearly explained and that everyone is on the same page.

Highly unprofessionally they are treating candidates without even taking proper interview. On 12:15 when I arrived at company I have to wait for more than 1 hour as here is "lunch break". I have taken leave from my office, travelled more than 25 km and and waited for more than 1 hour and they judged me on questions that they have already asked in voice call before scheduling interview and said not eligible for further round!!!!!!!!!!!!. Voice call was around 6 min and their interview round is around 2 min. That's not good behaviour for a reputed company.

Pathetic! They call you for an interview and bang the 1.5 years contract on your face. I traveled almost 30km for the interview. They did not mention that there is 1.5 years of contract over the call or in the email. Do not visit this place if you are a job seeker. There are better options available.
Worst possible Reception Experience...had called at the desk for recruitment services asked the receptionist to connect me to to the HR.. she said "find the number on Google" REALLY... what is she there for?.. If the front office behaves this way... not sure about the company itself.
I have been working here for an year and I have had a great run. Every month there's an activity kept for the employees. Also, every month the best employee is announced from each team with a medal and a great round of applause to appreciate the work. Salary is always on time! And you get to work with really cool people on quite interesting projects.

By far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an offshore vendor for software development. We actually have a team full of developers and designers, we wanted to streamline development of our application so we went with them. They are very nice when trying to get your business, but only business analyst look at your project specs. The business analysts aren't actual seasoned developers. So they normally provide quotes that are realistic from a time standpoint. This create a communication gap and sets unrealistic expectations between the business development side and the actual development side. They would not let us see the code until it was paid for. They did not send us the correct psd files for our project and had to redo them. It took them weeks after we noticed the errors for them to provide them. We openly caught their business development team in lies to us. I will add a thread in another review that shows all the communications to let you judge for yourself if this is the business you want to trust to achieve your business goals. I will be posting a review that outlines the lies we've repeatedly caught them in. I implore you to not do business with them if exceptional customer service is what you want. Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information about our experiences with their firm. Between former employees we have everything you would want to see to save your money and time.
HONEST REVIEW. I am experienced developer. See how they behave.. I was called for an interview from this company. I put my expectation and done with telephonic. So they called me for an interview. Travelled overnight 300km and gone for interview in morning.. some HR rounds done, then comes for technical round two guys did technical and gives me practical.. they assigned me one task for making frontend app and backend too. I done with great and shows the practical to 3 person one by one. Everything was working... now again they want technical with other persons Project Manager, Other employees like that I have given my technical to 8 person one by one... and all employees comes with same questions...!!! its been evening till that... I asked them when this will be finished? bcz I already done with practical and its clear they assigned me job and I did...what else they require?! still at the end they gives me aptitude! are you guys sick??! I am experienced developer not Fresher... I refused to give aptitude test.... but they told me its company rule so I give aptitude too... and asked for words on me... They refused to give words at that moment maybe they need sometimes to think so they tell me to give words on next day.... now on next day I waited for the response because I am getting another opportunities for interview but I want to know OpenXcell response first as it is CMMI level 3 company as they write! but got not response so I mailed them to inform me decision.... again next day no response I thought they are not even looking at e-mails....So I give call and they said "Yes I will mail u till end of day" but again no emails...!!! does CMMI Level 3 company work like this??? I again called them and also sent strong email mentioning with company reputation... so by force they sent me rejection mail...!!! I don't know why but I am curios to ask why they rejected I call them for give me reason.... they told me your skill is not matching to our requirements/skill...!!! I want to know here why you called without looking in my CV? my all technical and practical does according to my skill and final answer is not matching our skills!!! I asked them to what skills u need I have all skills from ur requirements ,justify my result I want to know more.... but from that day they not even receiving my calls nor responding my emails..!!! This is what I am waiting for....its not about rejection but If you comes to any local company which has not level of CMMI still they are honest to any interviewer ...at-least they respond back... THIS IS MY STRONG SUGGESTION TO ANY CANDIDATES Please look any local company but not this one... its fraud one... I think thats why this company has most negative reviews.....
