I purchased a car this past February and couldn't have had a better experience! The employees' were professional and transparent throughout the whole buying process. The Sales Manager and Finances Manager were especially knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with Acura of Wayne - I'd consider myself a forever customer!

This is by far the best acura dealership in terms of pricing and deals. My salesman Juan worked hard in getting the right deal for us to purchase 2018 MDX. He worked really hard in not just getting the right deal but also good trade-in value for my car. He was honest and upfront which we liked the most. The overall experience was great and pleasurable.

Had a great experience at Open Road Acura of Wayne from start to finish. The staff was very professional and represented the brand as I would have expected. Elka Green was my sales consultant. She was knowledgeable, courteous, & made the whole process stress free. Fabio Auteri, the general sales manager, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted for my trade, and cut me a check for the difference when I didn't use all of the equity towards the new vehicle. I have been leasing from Acura Wayne for the past several years and absolutely love the RDX. I just leased a brand new 2021 RDX from sales associate Jose Diaz. I will be honest. I have never had a better and more positive experience leasing ANY car than this time. Jose made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the very first minute I met him to test drive the 2021. I decided to go ahead with the lease and it was very quick with no nonsense. They didn t have the color I wanted on the lot so he made arrangements to get it from another dealership and personally picked up and drove the car to Wayne. Jose gave me everything I asked for and did his very best to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing or leasing a car from them.

Awesome dealer and friendly staff. I had an oil change with tire rotation service done but my tires weren't rotated. I was in a hurry to leave and didn't check to see if it was done, other than that everything else was great.

I recently went to Open Road Acura and leased a new 2014 RDX AWD with the Technology package. I was very pleased with the personal attention and care I received from my salesperson, Shawn Monica, who made the process stress-free. no nonsense and timely. No hassle with the trade in, and was able to take the car the same day! I have been back to the dealer for routine service and the entire service team has been fantastic! They have a loaner program, which is really helpful when the service is overnight, so I am not without a vehicle.
Would highly reccomend the dearlership for purchase, lease and service! I would also suggest you ask for Shawn, as he was a great and patient salesperson!

Bought a new car there this weekend, I dealt with the salesman Manny A- he was excellent at getting me an affordable deal even when I was asking for so much lol. I went in there wanting 3 different cars and willing to take any, but for the right price. He never stopped trying to get me everything I wanted- and I am very picky when it comes to my cars. I would definitely recommend Manny and this dealership- it s hard to find a good dealership but I will definitely be returning to him for my next car.

11/3/18: In an update to my prior review. Manager Freddie reached out to me to resolve the matter. He was very professional and had the right approach. We agreed on an offer which ultimately brought me back to the dealer. I instead dealt with a different sales person (Marcus) who is awesome!! Manager John Molina also stepped up and address my prior concern of being unsatisfied with the prior service. He as well was very professional and well mannered. Internet sales person Tina is also awesome!! (I did not remember her name in my initial post). Apologies were given and was accepted. All in all the situation was handled well and I am very pleased that in the end I was not ignored and treated fairly as a customer. Just a message to all always be mindful of what you do in life, you never know who is who or what is what. On that note I am enjoying my new 2019 TLX thank you all for being AWESOME!

Most of the staff was very unprofessional. Sales rep nahel or whatever her name is had a very very poor attitude and was really disrespectful. Judge a book by the cover and was under the assumption that I can not afford a car due to lack of credit when I am certain my credit is far better than a lot of customers. I already knew I would not purchase a vehicle no matter what was offered due to her poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Also after test driving with I forgot the ladies name she was the only nice one another employee walked up to the car while the employee was in the back of the car explaining features on the car..the guy walked up with a very nasty attitude like what are you doing did you drive this car I need it show to a client who is with you just really rude and unprofessional even his coworker was surprised at his approach as he did not know she was sitting in the back seat. I would never go back also sales rep appraised my car without even looking at this car and tried to devalue its worth. Please if you are going to take a job like that please know how to work with customers after all they do make your income!! Would not recommend this dealership.!!!

If you are in the market for an Acura or any of the other cars they may have. I think you will get the best deal here. Manny was our salesman. He went above and beyond to give us a great deal on our 2016 Acura TLX. We did look around at other Acura dealerships that were closer to where we live and none gave us a better trade-in price. The bumper had a boo boo. They immediately ordered a new one and it was replaced within 10 days and only took an hour wait. Very comfy customer lounge with free soda, coffee, bagels, and cakes. They treat you right. Check them out.

My experience at Open Road Acura in Wayne throughout the years has been wonderful. The services provided by the auto tech Julio M has been exceptional. Any issues that arise with my vehicle are always taken care of in a timely and professional manner . Additional details are always provided without having to ask any questions and if I do have a silly question Julio explains the issue/solution throughly so that I'm able to have a better understanding. Great service is key to me, for this reason I've remained loyal to the brand Acura. Keep up the good work team Acura!

Absolutely the worst customer service at this Acura Dealership. They act like they are doing you a favor by buying their car. Customer service from sales staff to finance staff leaves must be desired. Bought my MDX the same day from another Acura Dealership with far better service. By the way folks that statement by John below is their standard response. No John you cannot make excuses for lack of customer service or sales skills. I bought my second car (Another Acura MDX) and I still skipped your dealership. So two car sales lost.

I would like to take the time to thank Pedro Diaz at Openroad Acura Wayne. I was looking to purchase a certified Acura MDX for my wife. I had sold my wife s 2007 which I purchased from a neighboring Acura Dealership, I did go back however didn t have a good experience so I chose to go elsewhere. Surfing the net I came across Openroad. I didn t realize they were 5 minutes away from where I live. Pedro was very patient didn t try to sell me something I wasn t looking for the dealership as a whole is awesome they don t use the salesman pressure tactics. It took me a couple of months because I was looking for a specific color. I can go on and on, Pedro is an awesome salesman he s patient he listens well and he will go out of his way to make things happen. The management team is a pleasure to deal with the internet department is relentless, they as well care. I have purchased Mercedes, BMW from those dealers their customer service is great however Openroad in my opinion surpassed my expectations.

The sales consultant, David Marcus, was professional, courteous and kind throughout my purchasing experience. He patiently answered each question presented to him in a intelligent and thoughtful manner. David's desk area was immaculately clean removing any concerns my family and I had regarding COVID. David ensured that we walked out of the dealership with the perfect SUV for our needs and eased my main concern, spending endless hours in a car dealership. David was quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

While shopping for an RDX I visited two dealerships before coming to Open Road Acura. Open Road blew the competitors out of the water in all aspects; customer service, sale, presentation and just overall hospitality. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Dave and brought to his desk. Dave answered all of my questions and listen to what I wanted in my vehicle. We started talking and I knew right off the bat I was going to leave with the exact car I wanted for a price I felt comfortable paying without having to deal with all of the hassle that usually comes with buying a new car. Dave treats everyone who sits down with him as family, building a relationship and trust with them.(I am a 23 year old female who has done A LOT of research on purchasing my second car so I knew right away when the other dealerships were trying to rip me off which was not at all the case from Dave or Open Road) On my first visit I worked out a deal with Dave and Fabio, the general sales manager. I was so happy with the deal I came back the next day to finalize all of the paperwork and pick up my new car. Fabio made sure every process went smoothly and swiftly from calling the insurance to meeting with the finance department and finally leaving the dealership. They both made the car buying process quick and easy. Despite being 8:30 pm once all the paperwork was finalized and the dealship getting ready to close, Dave sat with me inside the car for a second time to give me an in-depth explanation of the vehicle and it s features. The whole staff at Open Road, especially Dave and Fabio were professional, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend not only the dealership but Dave and Fabio as salesmen because they truly take care of their customers. I love my car and can not say enough good things about this experience.

I visited Open Road Acura in Wayne November of 2017. This was my 9th leased vehicle and it was the easiest, and shortest dealer visit ever! I contacted several dealership in 100mile radius for a color combination and year/model. This dealership had it. One other dealership claimed that they had the same color, when I was there, they said it was sold. I will never know if that vehicle was even available. Having a negative experience from another Acura dealership prior to this visit, I had preconceived skepticism toward this dealership. I contacted their internet department, I was quickly answered by a live person instead of automated dial system. She confirmed the color and gave other similar optioned vehicles in stock. Having a slight positive vibe from a phone representative of this company, I had good feeling about this place, I decided to bring my Boss(wife) and three children to 1hour west of our home. When I arrived at the dealership, a gentlemman opened door for me and asked if I am Mr.*** Instead of waiting for next available sales person, this dealership knew my name. Then he quickly showed me the car I wanted. We went through all the parameters,(trade, type of purchase, tax down payment etc) then we quickly arrived in a very reasonable prices in15 MINUTES from arrival.( I couldn t believe this was possible in car business)
My wife and two other children were still in the trade in vehicle.(sleeping). Their management ataff( Sales manager, & finance manager )were also very professional and knew what they were doing.( they were dealing with several customers at same time but fervently made deals and negotiated well without ceasing)

I just parked my car in my drive way, and I can t believe how easy and efficient car buying can be. All these years of shopping(researching visiting dealerships and hassle negotiating with anti-passionate sales people) My children love this new car s smell and I love the way this car look & drive as well. The process of finding/buying/leasing a car/truck can be tedious one at times as it was for me for the last couple of months until I called Open Road Acura of Wayne and spoke with Tina Lynch at the internet sales desk. She took control of the call and of my attention within minutes with her kind and professional demeanor.... She made me a promise of which she kept till the end of the entire process. The promise was that I would be happy.... She had me at "Hello" to be totally honest with you.... This dealership went above and beyond in finding me the truck (2019 Acura MDX Advance with Entertainment) that I wanted and they made the entire process a pleasurable experience. From the professional and courteous salesmanship of Raja Kakepoto to the managerial support I received from Fabio Auteri and Freddy Bracamonte I was extremely satisfied and drove away a happy customer. We started off working with Johanna over the phone on a used car advertised on the internet. She was very helpful in answering our questions. Open Road has a great online financing app that Johanna set up for us specific to our vehicle so we knew exactly what our interest rate, down payment, and monthly payment would be before driving to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership, it was a relief to find the advertised car available (no bait and switch!) and ready for us to purchase that morning. Freddy and Sabir were easy to work with and we are so happy with the overall experience. Scott in finance was also able to get us financed very little credit history. Thank you!

I had a small issue issue with one of the service reps. The general manager and service manager were very receptive and helpful. Its nice to know that management responds to concerns. Got two cars here so far and will likely return.

I had a good, professional experience every step of the way. Jessica from internet sales was prompt and gave me accurate info for the model I wanted. At the dealership, Dave from sales showed me the cars I was interested in. Sure, we negotiated. But he was never pushy or aggressive.
I don't yet have any experience with their parts/service department. But I hope they have the same professional quality as sales.

I recommend this place, and Dave especially.

Pedro was amazing. I went in just to take a look at the Acura MDX A-Spec as I was also looking at some other & 7 seater SUV's for my wife. Told Pedro how much i was looking to spend on a lease which he then passed on to his manager. My offer was excepted without negotiation and the deal was made the same night. Pedro made the whole experience easy and exceeded all my expectations of a salesman. I will definitely be seeing Pedro again and have recommended him to family and friends.

We had a wonderful first experience at Open Road Acura. We had our 2 1/2 year old son with us, and the staff, most notably our salesman Jose Diaz, was super kind, patient and accommodating. Anyone with small children knows how difficult car shopping with a toddler can be! He even gave us all refreshments (Goldfish crackers for the little guy!)The lease turn in process was seamless. Jose was also thorough with teaching us how to utilize all features of the vehicle. We absolutely love our new Acura MDX and look forward to future experiences at Open Road Acura.
