I have worked for different companies before, and I can confidently say that Open Access BPO has by far been the best. My career has progressed significantly in just two years.

To give you a better perspective, these are the things I love most about the company:

Office Culture: Being a multilingual company, you'll find people from diverse backgrounds. You'll get to learn about different cultures. The company fosters employee bonds by holding events outside the office where you get to spend time with your coworkers. If you're planning to work at Open Access BPO, I encourage you to join these events and have a great time.

Emergency Preparedness: With the spread of COVID-19 across the globe, I'm amazed at the measures taken by the company. These measures prioritize the safety of every single employee while making sure that operations are unaffected. This just goes to show how the company cares for its employees.

Growth Opportunities: The company offers endless opportunities to all of its employees. Within 10 months of being in the company, I was already able to transfer to a more promising position.

The Team: This is what I fell in love with the most. Having workmates that encourage your growth and leaders that truly care for you makes working enjoyable and fulfilling.

Overall, Open Access BPO is an excellent company to work for. I m really happy to be part of the Open Access family!

I give 3 stars because there aren't seat for the friends of applicant.. Nice little place, they printed my picture with my details in a small paper that I applied on my t-shirt.. Once inside I filled a questionnaire full of questions about my, about my details like I pag-ibig, SSS number, tin number and other documents. After it they told me that they will contact me, after few months no one contacted me. I think professional agency has to contact applicants even they are not ok for the position applied by them.
After more than 10 months they are still looking for Italians, they don't hire, they are just blablabla, the customer want this that and don't hire. Don't Was your time while other bigger company hire for real. Is not about skills and experiences, is about how they do, how they really hire or not.
