I bought a Opel Insignia. I am very excited about both the choice of the car and the choice of Union Motors, even though I live in another city. Promise, excellent service and especially good prices. Thank you, Mrs. Adina!
Car with 27,000 km on board, year of manufacture 2019 (opel astra J, 1.4 petrol). Problems with the first key (not recognized by the contact). Went to Union Motors, after numerous requests, the key order was placed. The action took place in December 2020. Now, the problem with the second key (the first key did not arrive even after 3 months), errors on board. Coincidentally, the car gave way to Union Motors in the yard when I went to see what was happening with my order. From here the circus begins:
- "What can we do for you?"
- "just put it on the tester"
I requested the car in exchange considering that the car is under warranty and the defect is obviously not my fault.
"We can't offer you. It's complicated. Let's see."
In conclusion, starting with Trust Motors Import Automobiles (the only suppliers of Opel cars and spare parts) and ending with Union Motors - go from first to last.
I will probably sue them, but until then, beware of these companies for 2 lei and 10 bani.

Tyre service subcontracted is/was of VERY poor quality (did not perform all operations, had a bad attitude and were NOT wearing any facemasks).

I bought a SH from them because of the warranty, when I had the Check Engine checker they checked the problem for free, said they sent me the offer and did not get anything.
In the case of their review (due to the warranty), they had very high prices for the parts I requested that I purchased the pieces from another store but they asked for a much higher price for the workmanship because we did not buy the pieces from they (I clearly came out cheaper by buying me the pieces much than they demanded)
The quality of the services provided was bad. I went to check the window cleaning system, I was told that there is a power outage but they do not have time to repair it. At home I found a disconnected cable hanging under the car ....

Wasted time. 3 visits to put winter wheels (once they didn't come-ok, I took the new car with summer wheels, I didn't calculate that; one week it turned into 3 plus a trip made by plane because it wasn't the time to go with summer wheels, then they came -visit1- but without rims and the changer didn't work, -visit2- the rims also came but they didn't fit because it was the new car model, in visit no.3 I solved) . After 5400 km I wake up in traffic with a broken spring under the pedal, I made an appointment, I came to the appointment and I waited. After an hour the car was still motionless, I spoke at the reception, someone went to see the car and then let me know that they did not have the spring in stock and that they would call me when it came. The front office staff is kind and apologizes to colleagues in the back. I have another car, another brand to which I have been loyal for over 15 years, I have not had such incidents anywhere in a large number of branded services.
Disaster, lack of parking, expensive, lack of professionalism.
Communist staff at the car reception (not the lady at the entrance, who is kind as far as possible) . You hardly get any information after asking 7 times. When you have to leave by car, I tell you it's "in front" and look around the parking lot. They are too tired to come to the car.
My experience with Union Motors was pretty good so far. I ve got my Opel Insignia from them, they helped with the personalization process as well as the service after getting the car. I had a little problem with a safety belt not retracting properly, they repaired it on warranty, but the process was very long sadly. I think it was just a misfortune of mine though because they were very professional most of the time. One thing which I d recommend though is investing a bit in repairing the client public bathroom because it s quite filthy.

Problems with oil twice. The car is ok. They tried to tell me that it depends on how they circulate. Eventually I found the cause at another service.

I wanted to see what the offer was at Opel Mokka and what price I could get at the buy back for an old car. I do not know how to respond immediately and although I left the email and contact phone number, they were not interested in returning with the missing information. Try another Opel dealer.

They repaired parts that were not defective and we sat with the car in service for 4 weeks. I do not recommend . The very big damage (3000 lei) parts replaced in vain.
I initially gave 3 stars thinking that everything was relatively good, but after less than 2 weeks, the problem with a bar head or I have no idea what it is called, it appears again with the same sound. I understand that a piece from dismantling was mounted, not a new one as specified.
I strongly recommend them. Each time they solve the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price.

I took the car here to repair a wing slightly bent and I took it back with traces of paint inside it and with the loosens attached to the door (and glued to a rudimentary and unqualified place) ... I did not understand what the job had with the wing ... From my point of view they have done more damage than the ones that the car had when I left it there .... It is not worth to use the services of this unit, especially since it takes a lot of time to repair a simple damage .

I went there today with my wife because we're interested in buying a Combo Life. We stayed for 15 in the lobby and spent a bit of time outside but no one noticed us (I was carrying our 3-month old baby in my arms the whole time). One sales person was busy with customers at first, but when she finished she started a personal call. The other one in the left was doing stuff on his phone for most o the time we were there and didn't ask at any time if we needed any help. So we left.

I'm back with editing. I took the car after 7 months and a week. It seems that the dealer is not to blame, but still the communication between the dealer and the factory leaves much to be desired.
Professionalism and seriousness 0. I do not recommend this service to anyone!
My car was in service for a week for repairs on the tinsmith side: change right wing, right headlight, left wing, right door. The car had an overhaul of 4,000 km. It is an Opel astra J 1.6. Upon entering the service I checked the oil and the level was optimal.
After about 4 days of lifting the car I realized that I no longer had a gram of oil in the engine (it was probably on the minimum of the oil bath). I went to another service and he told me very clearly that I have no losses, that he went to the oil cap and that it is NEW. So someone walked in on the oil, took it out and left me like that.
Second problem: they did not repair a light bulb on the right side (where the damage was). They left it like that ... I'll probably fix it.
The car was repaired on Polita Casco, so there is no question of not paying anything else.
From my point of view: frivolous and naughty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Other than rude security guards that are way to zealous about their great position, its a great place to rent, repair or even buy a car!

The biggest mistake is to do operational leasing. Even if the cars have a paid helmet, in case of damage, you are good to pay, even if you are not to blame, they have a deductible of 150 Euros without VAT for each file. If at the end of the contract you decide to buy the car, you will have the unpleasant surprise of paying an incredibly high price. The parts mounted on cars during the overhaul will never be original, only aftermarket. It never respects the km at which the distribution changes.

The Dacia driver was dumb. He did not answer any of my questions. The lady at the front desk told me that my car has no differential. They tried to sell me a bearing on the left side. Although I went to change the right rear bearing they did not have in stock.
I bought a new Opel Insignia B from them. The first time I went to check on them they did not have the diesel filter although I had been programming for 2 weeks. I had to come back. Next year, just as much as 2 weeks before and after the review, I am told that they do not have the diesel and air filter and that they cannot order it without appearing at Opel. WTF? And what do I do? The representative shrugged. I mean to complain to the opel. And when I asked him why they told me before I came ... They were raining.
