What a bad service nowadays, no customer friendliness and customer loyalty. I have to explain to them how the guarantee conditions work (they act as if their nose is bleeding). All in all, never again an Opel

Since the purchase of my Opel in February of this year, I have been trying to answer the defects of this new Opel. Opel does not respond to my letters and emails about these complaints, my email address has been blocked by Opel, also a way to deal with customers. By telephone they are very difficult to reach after a long wait you get a person on the line who cannot be heard due to the ringing connection and the connection is interrupted abruptly. All very amateur and almost suspect that this is a fake company. I have now made a complaint obsolete. Opel Nederland has sent a letter to the dealers that this concerns a factory fault and that the dealers are not allowed to do anything about this. Opel Nederland does not respond to this. Hopefully things will go better with Opel after the takeover by the PSA group.
After having driven a lot of OPELS, my current Opel Astra Sports Tourer from 2017 will, unfortunately, be my last OPEL!
The Navigation of my then brand new Astra, was at least 3 years behind in purchase. After an expensive update, the backlog was still at least 3 years. Comment from the Opel dealer: "This is what the manufacturer sends us, sorry we have no better". My navigation is and will always be in my way, but always inconvenient, lost my way!
The automatic switch from day to night lighting also switches the display. From the day of delivery, however, it occasionally switches during the day, when the sun just shines to night mode. It is then impossible to read the display for, among other things. navigation, radio and rear view camera. Comments from Opel-Nederland, together with my Opel dealer, which I had consulted frequently for 1.5 years for this problem: "the system works as Opel intended and we cannot make it work better for you". In short, an unrecoverable design error. My display is and therefore remains pitch black every now and then during the day and cannot be read out for navigation, reversing camera and radio.
I have a 2014 Opel insignia with a 250hp strong gasoline engine and 4 wheel drive. With the purchase also the warranty of 5 years taken. And, you guessed it, just when the 5 years are over, I stand by the roadside with bad luck. And not a bit of bad luck. After a long investigation, a piston appears to have melted. Yes, you read that right: a molten piston. There is just a hole in it, so that the cylinder will blow full into the crankcase. In the end it appears that inadequate fuel injectors have been used by Opel. After a while these leaks will start. The car has only 69,000 km on the clock. By leaking the injectors, too much fuel enters the cylinders and also at the wrong time. As a result, everything becomes very hot and the piston melts, while the coolant temperature hardly rises. Damage in any case for thousands of euros, 3 months after the warranty expires. Typical!!! I would like to warn everyone who has a gasoline engine with direct fuel injection. Have the injectors tested for leaks. We are now a few weeks further and still no repaired car. It appears that the required parts cannot be supplied by Opel. The revision company went looking for it and have found a company in Germany (Wiseco) that can make these pistons. In the meantime the costs have already risen to 5,000.00. I asked Opel for some explanation, but they don't give it at home !!!
They sell cars but they cannot supply parts for it (3-year-old car). And if you call their customer service, they will try to get away with it. Fraudsters.
I asked you a question and did not receive an answer my question was is it possible that you have to pay off a car at gmac that you have not bought or owned yourself, and that you have to pay for it?
I still have not been contacted, I think this is sad, I will try to tell the truth everywhere then many people will refrain from doing business with you I cannot imagine that a company like yours needs this If it is, I will put everything in the media as much as possible I hope it is not necessary, very deceived customer Sorry I have the years when I am no good with computers I tried talking to those bandits from that finance department and was told they weren't there to even think about talking to me about how to fix it who can help me Almost distraught man
We drive an Opel Karl from 2017 in August 2018. In August 2019 no turn because I had only driven 6000 km that year. 1 month later a rattle in the exhaust at km 15000 km, went to the Opel dealer and a stiffener in the exhaust appeared to be loose. 1 month out of warranty, but because I had not given a turn in time, nothing could be arranged. An exhaust has nothing to do with a service and personally I think this is downright bad. This was the last Opel for my wife and me. Too bad you are treated like that. Attempted to file a complaint with Opel Nederland, but the best man immediately told me that you will not receive a response. Our advice not to buy an Opel because this has nothing to do with German reliability.
The new Opel Grandland advertising really can not! Outrageous, abusive! You do not have that right to insult a city / country just like that! And what a city! Budapest is one of the most beautiful and oldest cities in Europe full of beautiful historic buildings, super restaurants and magical thermal baths! But you have only seen few bad roads. You also do not think that the Netherlands is that land of dog droppings, is it? You see that everywhere on the street and in the parks, do not you? Do you also make a film of slipping on poo in the Netherlands? Or maybe remove that film from Hungary?
Not customer-friendly and flexible at all. Outrageous that the ignition coil has to be replaced twice in 2 years and that at your own expense. The car is only 7 years old! Moreover, we were 20 days past the warranty, there is no flexibility and customer-friendliness is hard to find ...
Very poor warranty handling by Opel Netherlands. After one of our buses was out of warranty for one day, Opel offered a leniency arrangement for the repair of the gearbox. This means that we ourselves still have to pay an additional 400. The transmission bearings of our Vivaro are worn out and of course that does not happen in one day. We have about 15 Opels at the time of writing and apparently the relationship is still not good enough. Unfortunately, Opel does not want to do anything and so I am going to take legal action. Advising everyone not to buy new Opel cars because warranty issues are not handled properly.
VERY dissatisfied after my visit to Opel Nederland in Breda !!! I find it crazy that this organization does not even bother to speak to me PERSONALLY. After being sent "from box to wall" at an OPEL-DEALER, I am also "CUSTOMER FRIENDLY" sent into the forest at OPEL NETHERLANDS! Opel Combo 1.6 cdti / 120 hp / 6-speed NEW bought in May 2017 at Opel dealer OPC in Oosterhout. After more than 16,000 km, with ONLY highway kilometers and ALWAYS on the cruise control and ALWAYS keeping the speed an average consumption of DON'T SCREAK ........ 1:12 km instead of a 1:20 km .... .. Of course too crazy for words !!!! And the message was: You have to go to the dealer again !!!!! ...... where I have long been sent from the "box to the wall" I CAN'T imagine a WORST CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ADVERTISING from OPEL NETHERLANDS!
