The setting is beautiful and the acoustics are perfect. There is always something to watch as we enter the room, be it the majestic chandelier or the many decorative details, we can only admire this magical place. Since its restoration a few years ago, the opera has regained its magnificence.
Gorgeous, sumptuous venue putting on superb classical music concerts. It's easy to buy the reasonably priced tickets on line. The seating plan seems complicated but there's something to be gained from whichever comfortable seat you end up sitting in. The front of the stalls will give unparalleled access to the quirks of the conductor! The National Orchestra of Montpellier is excellent and they attract some very skilled soloists. One point to note is that they don't seem to have refreshments in the interval, despite signs to the 'Bar'. So take a bottle of water and enjoy!
A beautiful building, needs some renovation. The stairs architecture is beautiful, also the ceiling on the spectacle area.

Very beautiful place beautiful place but there is one but sell places at all prices even when it's places are behind a pillar I find it lamentable especially at more than 40 euros per place!
Not bad but little room in the aisles at the top for the legs when you're big and me.
A dream place of the 19th century, an Italian-style setting ... and the 3 graces the real ones!

Nice place. Has 4 or 5 floors, so quite large anyway. However, when you are upstairs and to the side, it is impossible to see the whole scene. We have to bend down to try to see the whole scene.
