Reading in the opera, below the opera, is the best place you can find in Republique in Rennes to observe the sunset and the public Rennais life, also if you want to meet the punk a chien and enjoy the Rennais architecture.

Beautiful opera house in the heart of the beautiful city of Rennes. It was not possible to visit it outside of heritage days, but we were able to go inside and sit on the red velvet armchairs in front of the stage, because we were showing free film lessons. We have adored. Pleasant welcome.

Very beautiful construction - renowned for its rotunda - and very good room - renowned for its acoustics. The relatively avant-garde musical programming in the classic tastes - rediscovered of Purcell in the 2000s for example - is sometimes an advantage and sometimes a little difficult to follow for the public.
