This hospital deserves an award for the worst hospital EVER! HORRIBLE!!! NEVER let you HELP!

Cut 3 times in eyelid to remove bubble. Eventually to the Westeinde. We are told there that the first attempts were unfortunate. They have developed beautiful expense reports there in Rijswijk. Now understand why they don't have a waiting period there!

If everything goes well, nothing is wrong. But be careful if something doesn't go quite right. Then an eye clinic doesn't seem like such a good idea. The drip anesthesia prior to cataract surgery did not work for me. I felt all the preparations right up to the operation. The gentleman who was going to operate on me therefore (rightly) interrupted the procedure and referred me to a hospital for an operation under a different anesthetic. Then you find out that you should never have gone to this clinic. The hospital does nothing with the diagnosis and examination results of the clinic and allows you to go through the whole series of preliminary examinations again. First establish that there is a case of cataracts, etc. Doctors do not trust each other at all! So while I hoped, after almost three-quarters of a year working up to the run-up to cataract surgery, to have full vision again, I can now take another such period for the HMC.
If you do not want to run this risk, it is better to avoid all eye clinics and go straight to the HMC.

Unreliable with appointments. My girlfriend received a referral to this clinic through the doctor because the waiting time would be shorter than at a hospital. You seem to be able to go quickly, but those appointments are always canceled a few days in advance due to circumstances. Now for the 2nd time, with the announcement that the appointment will be postponed for another month. Ridiculous!

Appointment within 1 week, surgery within 2 weeks? Forget it!!!!
You send your details and then ..... you will hear NOTHING anymore. Even after an e-mail with a request for a response, it remains awfully quiet. So they do not deliver on their promise.

Was able to go for a consultation within 3 weeks where the waiting times at the hospitals are extremely long. Friendly and quick help. Get my first glasses now :)

An eye clinic where people are central and there is no mood on Monday morning!

Bad customer service I called at 11:20 and I was horde that I am first waiting and then I have to wait 40 minutes until it was 12 o'clock and I got nobody on the line and then they closed really cunt people

I requested an appointment here, following the advice of my doctor, to laser eyes, it turned out during the appointment that this clinic does not do any lasering at all (I might have looked better at the website myself, but sloppy that your application does not even is checked and your appointment is then simply scheduled). Everyone seems very nice, but that's it: service is sloppy, communication is sent by letter and not by e-mail. Not a good experience.
