It a really nice place in what you can pass a amazing time in family or your friends.

Great convention center. Easy to find parking and close to everything.

CCR is the best new convention out there I hope they continue to grow.

Large space but pretty easy to navigate inside once you go from room to room. Looks kind of overwhelming at first but wasn't too hard after I went to a couple sessions at the conference I attended. Pretty view of mountains too!

Was here for comicon and everything went well, the place was packed but well orchestrated

If I were holding a convention I would hold it here.

Great venue. Did have issues with side door access. We were allowed to enter that door but not exit. This was the easiest access for "seniors " wanting to be picked up by hotel shuttles and busses. Poor planning. Also needed more down stairs lunch seating.

My daughter did a corporate gig set up and tear down.

Really nice convention center. Attended/worked the California Trucking Show and had a good time.

The staff of Ontario Convention Center can be intimidating at times if you work with them. I was excited when I learned I will be working there, until I noticed they are all in for themselves. It's not a friendly environment to be in what so ever. And the food sucks

Beautiful facility, well maintained, friendly staff.

Really enjoyed the bright, well structures bldg..had the pleasure of working there the past 3 days...very nice and clean.

We were there for an event and the event was great. The food services at the convention center were not great. The crew seemed overwhelmed and under staffed. They ran out of so many things, including napkins. Besides that it was fine.

Their parking is so affordable compared to even everyday Downtown L.A. rates! Plenty of reasonably priced food and drinks sold in the venue as well! Teams work around the clock during events to keep everything clean.

Nice conversation center, parking isn't to bad but you have to pay ($10.00), not law enforcement friendly at all.

Very rude people will not recommend going to this place and overpriced food and parking $10 to go in to

Great place. Very clean. Very organized. Very profesional. No negative comments come to mind. Every restroom is spotless and every inch of the grounds is kept clean and polished. Definetly recommend coming here.

Staff is friendly management is terrible. And waaaaaaaay over priced. $11 for a bottle of water ! And not allowed to bring your own.

I enjoy coming here yearly for Jehovah's Witnesses regional convention. Good parking and there's a great variety of restaurants very nearby.

It is a nice convention center... everything looks clean and well done but it has limited parking. Limited parking limits the kind of events that be successful at the location because it limits the number of attendees. Ease of access to the location is also anothernegative with only two minor streets leading toward or away from the location any big event would see traffic badly backed up.

This was very interesting . I was hoping more insurance companys ..however love the trucks!.

We went to the mothers day brunch. It was fun with live singing and an all you can eat brunch.

A little dated and I am not thrilled with the parking being scattered everywhere.

Parking kind of sucks here but the facility itself is always well maintained.

The A/C was not working. Everyone including the workers were miserable. And it was only 10 am.

I attended ECC. The show was great. The people were great. The vendors were amazing. The ECC staff was great. The convention center controls the parking. That's were they fail. They charge you to park. Which is ok. Its a business. But, if you leave and come straight back to the same person you just paid they charge you again. That is greedy. Especially for handicapped people. Who have certain needs. At the end off the show temporary security became an issue with disrespecting the venue venders and customers while an order was being packed. But, the Convention Center regular security staff handled the situation. All in it is a nice center. Just needs a little better business practices.

I help to put on a major convention here each year. It is a lovely facility - open and well lit, with both large and small function rooms, clean and well maintained rest rooms and a very friendly staff. It is very near the airport and More

Came for a cheer competition. Center was clean, staff was polite and helpful.. Restrooms clean also. Has a little snack bar with fruit cups, sandwiches and drinks.

My niece loved Disney on ice when we took her. This place is so organized and clean. Every employee can answer your questions so the events are always pleasurable and start on time. If they say 2:00pm be in your seat at 2:00pm because the show will start.

If you're from the Inland Empire it's great for events. On a smaller scale than LA but that's what's nice about it.

First time here easy parking $10. Clean, brite, AC nicely, bathroom are automatic sinks soap and paper towels.

It's a decently sized convention center. Came here for Anime Los Angeles 2016.
But unfortunately there weren't enough rooms to hold the other events so they had to spill into the Radisson across the street. But it was good all in all because the center wasn't overly crowded and plenty of parking.

Beautiful convention center. The restrooms were clean and the rooms were very nice. The outdoor patio was very relaxing and modern. The few staff we did encounter were all very courteous.

Love the decor of the building. However, restroom should have been more clean. Campground needs more restrooms.

We have been attending cheer competitions here for a few years now. This is the 1st year we have been searched and they have not allowed outside food and drink. While a appreciate the added security measures, not allowing outside food while not providing adequate and affordable food inside the venue is just disgusting .There are currently 2 places to get food for the competition today . Both have lines with at least and hour wait and not enough healthy food options. Waters are too expensive and the coffee is overpriced and nasty. I'm greatly disappointed in this attempt to monopolize where I spend my money for food during a competition. With call times and performances, leaving the venue isnt practical. And you wouldn't be able to bring in what you bought anyway. I can't even provide my daughter with a nutritious protein packed snack . Severely disappointed in this change. Even LA convention center allows outside food

I wish this place was bigger! Ive been here 3 times now for ALA but i feel like some rooms go to waste. Huge rooms are used for small low popularity panels, while tiny cramped rooms are used for huge and popluar panels. The security staff isnt friendly to guests. The food is overpriced even though theres a dennys down the road

It was the most wonderful experience ... to feel the presence of God.
