OnSight, Inc. Review

They posted a job on Craigslist. I sent over my resume and cover letter to apply. The purchasing manager, Tracy Roberson, replied with a single word: "rejected." I'm not a customer, but that's no way to treat people in general. I will never be a customer and will encourage everyone I know to steer clear of this company.

EDIT: The office manager called me and apologized. She explained that the person who emailed me was supposed to be emailing another associate and that they are newer. Being a Data Manager for 6 months, I understand clerical errors happen. I've changed my review from 1 to 4 stars.

Had OnSight create promotional signage for two events. Both times the quality was exceptional and the response time excellent. Would definitely use again.

I work for a prestigious specialty medical facility and we were looking for a very specific product. We reached out to several companies who would be able to create our sign to fit our contemporary office and we were unsuccessful in our search until we found OnSight.

Not only were they prompt and extraordinarily helpful, but they went above and beyond our expectations. Chris was informative in the design process and gave us proofs of each product we were looking to order and made the sales process simple. After we chose our design, we had absolutely nothing to worry about!

The installation technicians came into our very busy medical practice and kept their work area very clean and neat! They were quiet and respectful of our patients, which is very difficult to do when installing over a 6ft long sign on a wall. They worked quickly and efficiently and made sure it was perfect before they left!

I cannot explain how grateful we are for this company. They beat all of their competitors prices but we would have paid twice as much for their wonderful service. This is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Do yourself a favor in advance and work with OnSight!

Great signs for a great price. The signs Onsight produced were high quality and the turn around time was fast.
