I've worked here for going on 2 years, and have loved it. They take care of their employees, and yes expect hard work, but they give a lot in return. Management is awesome, always helping me learn and showing me how to grow with this company. Anyone writing a bad review simply didn't want to work hard, and that's ok. The job isn't for everybody.

They hassle you through phone calls even after telling them you're not interested in their business.

Rude - Disgusting Staff!! Multiple people from this company call my office numerous times a day. We've told them countless times we wish to not work with them, and they continue to berate and call our office. They will not stop and are a horrible company. We've called to complain but nothing happens. Shame the business owners continue to look the other way for this despicable employees.

They make harassing cold calls. Demanding to speak to others saying "they are expecting my call" and to transfer them over. When in fact no one is expecting any of their calls. Avoid their scams.

Solid training from day-one and continued support and training along with excellent mentorship. Up to date setup of equipment, programs and software. Huge focus on team building, extracurricular team and company activities. It's not an easy business, be smart, work efficiently and consistently, ask for help as needed and you can be successful.

Rude, Aggressive, Arrogant Sales Team Member - Jameson, Claimed to have done business with our company in the past, but could not provide information as to the name or department of previous contact. When asked what the call was in reference too, he began demanding to be transferred to different individuals voicemail. When I refused to transfer him without more information as to the reason for the call, he began getting upset and demanding that any individual I transferred him too would take his call. Finally claimed Onset had assisted us with SEC filings. An equipment leasing company would not be involved in our or any other company's SEC filings. Run don't walk from doing business with Onset Financial.

Such a great company to be a part of. I've been here just a little over a year and the atmosphere is amazing everyone is like one big family from top to bottom, leadership wants to make sure you succeed and give you all the tools to be successful. Working here has change my life for the better not just from a career standpoint, but as well as a personal growth standpoint as well.
