I live in Canada. I placed an order for bamboo t-shirts through Amazon. The shirts were a little small - or we Canadians are a little "bigger"! Either way, I contacted the company to exchange these for a bigger size. The company was just amazing to deal with. They instructed me to keep or donate the smaller size t-shirts and immediately shipped me the next size up. With staff shortages and delivery issues due to Covid-19, this company really went the extra mile. Thanks so much to this wonderful company. I ordered two shirts. I received only one of the two shirts I ordered. I emailed the company to let them know I received only one shirt. I was told I would be sent the other shirt. Never received the shirt. Contacted them again and was told USPS lost the package. Would be sent another shirt. Still have not received the shirt. I emailed them again and asked for a refund. No response.
I have a bunch of long sleeved shirts and dresses from these guys. I feel so blah about everything I've purchased from them. Im probably gonna donate everything from them to goodwill. Much nicer natural clothing brands out there.
Our first and second went great, arrived within 3 days of ordering. The hemp shirts are very soft and take to screen printing very well. will be going through them again!
