I live in Canada. I placed an order for bamboo t-shirts through Amazon. The shirts were a little small - or we Canadians are a little "bigger"! Either way, I contacted the company to exchange these for a bigger size. The company was just amazing to deal with. They instructed me to keep or donate the smaller size t-shirts and immediately shipped me the next size up. With staff shortages and delivery issues due to Covid-19, this company really went the extra mile. Thanks so much to this wonderful company. And, by the way, the shirts themselves are beautiful, soft and breathable in this hot weather. Thanks again to all at ONNO.
