I would like to share my opinion from visiting this store. The staff is friendly, especially a girl named Valentina. A beautiful, educated young lady helped me with the choice of goods, told a joke and cheered up! Valentina - you're super!

Gift shop. Free WC (6 private rooms on the 1st floor and 1st basement). Often used as a stopover for tours. Buses are often parked in the art square in front of you. Rich variety of matryoshka. There are also postcards, Easter eggs, jewelry, fur coats and hats. You can pay in Japanese Yen, US Dollar, Euro, Ruble, or credit card. If there is fishing, it will be returned in rubles. In 2016, when a sister shop was opened next door (a store specializing in coffee), the store was rattling. The head office is OK in Japanese.

It's a beautiful exhibit, however the city is crowded with minimal walkways!
