Absolutely amazing venue with the finest talent in the world!!!! This is an experience like no other.

Love this place. Very intimate. It has a tropical, sanctuary type of feel to it.

Bought tickets in February 2021 for a concert Sunday April 18 2021 at 6pm. I Drove from OUT OF TOWN to a locked one world. Nobody in sight. No notice. No email stating show was canceled. Nobody picks up the phone either. Terrible service. Very disappointed

Excellent venue for the Latin Jazz ensemble that Eddie Palmieri brings to Austin. I've been twice in two years. Luques Curtis is absolutely brilliant on the bass. I hope they come back again next year and keep it goin' year after year.

Awful customer service. I received an email from One Way Transaction, I mean One World Theater, sorry, on how to refund my concert tickets which keeps getting delayed. I have sent 6x emails in reply and called a dozen times with voicemails left. No return communication whatsoever. I guess they intend to keep my hard earned money during these tough times to enrich themselves. OTW - if you want to make this right, reply with good email or direct phone number to a manager. Otherwise, I ve got TripAdvisor review complete, Yelp

Watched the Guess Who here and really liked the venue. It was like sitting in my living room watching a band. It was up close and personal. I'm looking forward to the next show here.

Amazing Venue!!! If there is one negative, it would be the restroom situation. Basically, they need more! But this place is amazing for an intimate setting to see amazing bands!

This is a great venue for seeing an artist you love because it's small and every seat is a great seat. They also make dinner available before the show which is a plus. We saw yet another great here, Larry Graham and he showed up and showed out at 70 some odd years old.

The venue itself is wonderfully intimate and the folks helping you find your seats are lovely. Great shows from artists you don't get a chance to see every day.

I really hope this place has gotten it together as a wedding venue. I had my wedding there years ago and am still angry to this day at all the things we were promised that they didn t do. Everything I asked was disregarded. They promised a stage with a skirt and steps up. Fine, they forgot the skirt around the stage, but the lack of steps meant that we all had to hike up our dresses/pants to try to climb up. Our minister almost fell off trying to climb up. They promised to take the tent down outside and open the shutters to let natural light in. Neither happened so the wedding was incredibly dark because they didn t adjust the lights. They promised to close off the upstairs so that we would have family and friends all on one level with us. They didn t and as a result everyone sat upstairs and there were rows and rows of empty chairs around us. I lodged complaints and was not given a single apology but instead harassed for the last payment (which frankly I felt they should have waived due to all of the things they didn t do that they promised.) if you decide to have a wedding here please make sure you do so with immense caution.
