Awful customer service. I received an email from One Way Transaction, I mean One World Theater, sorry, on how to refund my concert tickets which keeps getting delayed. I have sent 6x emails in reply and called a dozen times with voicemails left. No return communication whatsoever. I guess they intend to keep my hard earned money during these tough times to enrich themselves. OTW - if you want to make this right, reply with good email or direct phone number to a manager.
