Loved the way my babies picture came out but took forever to be able for pictures to be ready

I needed an urgent photo for a formal job and it was the last day. I drove there because it is the closest place, although it is stated on google that it is open, it was written that it will be closed for a while with a sloppy note. It shouldn't be that hard to update working hours

Fast and friendly place to get your passport pictures done.

Photographer was great with babies, but I felt we were a little rushed once they finally got around to taking our pictures. Just wish they offered more options in photo packages in regards to more wallet sizes

He is definitely awesome when handling children that don't pay attention or cry .

Had a 11, 6, 1yr and 4 month old get pictures done here recently. The man got all but one (not so smiley) child to smile. It was quick and the pictures turned out good. Pretty basic background, pricing was much better than expected. I'll be taking my little family of 3 soon.

Horrible. Customer service poor. Was rushed to take pictures when no one was even waiting. Did not listen to us when we chose backgrounds or how we wanted to pose. Photographer had attitude and photos did not come out good even close to good for the attitude we put up with. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone

They're lame . Turned us away because they don't do more than 4 kids at a time .

My family and I go here every year for our family portraits. Their photos always come out great! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they're studio isn't the cleanest. They need to update their props as well.

Photographer is very patient. The quality of the photo is nice. The photographer took his time to make sure that Ares shot he took was perfect

My family has been taking pictures here since 2010 my kids have taken graduation photos capping gowns family photos . I wanted my grandkids to take Christmas photos this year together and went in the notice on the door say closed till further notice it would have been nice if your website had stated the same thing versus having to do a drive-by I guess I ll have to try again next year when Covid is over

I had my kids take pics here.their ages are 7,5,2,&1..they did a great job getting them to feel comfortable and smile..it was a Friday so a bit of a wait but for the quality and price..very good.

Horrible!!!!!! Very disappointed! I had them take pictures of my 18 month old. They were very unprofessional, horrible personalities, horrible picture quality, and the man who's in charge is very rude! I wouldn't recommend this place even if they were giving out free photos!

Great one hour photo place is South sac. My best friend loves taking these kind of pics. The prices are decent fast service. From my view of point I pay really close attention to the small details on a post its very important. Didnt really like how mine came out could of been better.

Trash. They get mad when questions are asked and don't pay attention to customers.

You can't beat these prices. Photographer was able to get a smile out of my 6 month old.

Great prices! Fast and great quality, Photographer was friendly and was able to make my 8 Month old smile! Definitely will be returning in the near future.

I like that they are a 1 hour photo shop. We went there and had picture of the twins taken. We went to lunch came back a hour later and our pictures were ready. They came out great.

Horrible experience, please don't go to this place for a family picture.. apparently they can only have up to six people per photo.. rude and poor quality

Great quality pictures and friendly people who know that when it comes to toddlers there only patient for small amounts of time they provide wonderful service and im very happy with everything

Needed to do last-minute photos of my son for graduation and the pictures came out great and they have them done within an hour

I have been here many times I love the background choices and the photographer really knows how to get my kids to smile.

I have only used this place to get passport photos done, so that is all I can comment on. If you need a non-US passport photo done in Sacramento, your options are limited (Walgreens, Kinko's,etc won't do foreign passports). And Canadian passport photos are different than US photos.
Fortunately Express will take care of your foreign passport photo needs!

They are really quick & affordable & the photographer was great with my kids. 3 stars only because they could use a facelift on their studio & waiting area

I love coming here to take pictures. They have so many great backgrounds to choose from and the pictures look amazing. The cost is really reasonable too.

If my pictures weren't so cheap..I would have went elsewhere.that guy .. the chain smoking.. funky breath guy.. i couldn't understand him half the time because of his accent... he was so damn rude... we weren't able to follow his direction well because of his accent.. and we had an infant.. he was not nice.. and he was late ...we were the first people in the morning and he pulls up... unlocks the door and is unprepared.. bad business.. cheap is not always good.. and he have us the wrong prints...

Love my pictures me and my daughter have been here 3 times and the pics are always great. Only thing is they don't show u the pictures before they print the nor do they let u pick the best posses

No one does a better job! Even the less photogenic members of the family like their pictures!

Been going there since I was 12, now they are very rude and unprofessional. One guy yelled at me because I didn't like their green screen pictures. No more real backgrounds. No more options to pick the picture you want.. we took 5 poses and they gave me 5 pictures! I couldn't even choose out of any because it was only 5! Back in the day you get a pile to choose from.. No longer will be going there.

Me and my daughter took pics here yesterday and the man got my daughter to smile in all the pics. Great place to take pics and lots of different backgrounds. Our pic weren't for a special occasion , just something simple to take together.... I'll add our pic to the photos

It is warm,friendly place. The people are welcoming and great. I had fun.

Did a family photo shoot and had the package where we pick 5 scenes to shoot. All of the pictures were not included in the proofs to pick from. Couldn't find the family photo with all of the boys and girls. Just had the photos of the girls and boys in their groups. No one answered the phone and we had to drive 40 minutes back to the studio to sort it out. In the end, they charged my family extra for the family portrait that wasn't even in the proof selection to begin with, but they all of a sudden found it.

Their awesome and the pictures came out perfect. Thank you

The "Family Owned Business" is; Polite, Accommodating, Professional, Friendly, and are Service Dog Friendly. Please, if you are a dog owner, make sure your pet is Photographer Friendly. Can handle large groups. Great selection of backgrounds.

Fabulous photographer! Very easy to work with, made me comfortable and confident during the entire photoshoot. Gave great direction and a variety of poses.

I was at the Sacramento location and absolutely loved the studio! Beautiful windows, huge mirror, and a gorgeous couch that looked amazing in photos. There were plenty shoes and accessories as well!

I absolutely loved the photos and can't wait to see the book!
