One Florida Foundation Review

Florida Foundation Authority did an amazing job (again) installing our house exterior drainage system. We had previously hired them to seal off our crawlspace, and we were so pleased with the work that we hired them again to install our exterior drains. Hector, Amir, Richard, and William were all very professional and worked very hard to install a French drain and reroute three downspouts lines underground in a single day. We are very happy with the quality of the work.

I never write reviews but had to give a shout out to Austin Haley from Florida Foundation Authority for providing outstanding customer service. Austin was extremely thorough in evaluating our situation and provided us with various options. It was obvious his only interest was in helping us find a solution, whether or not that resulted in a sale. In this day and age that is so rare, a company whose philosophy is to help find solutions that are best for the customer, not for the company. Thank you Austin for all your advice and suggestions. I would highly recommend both Austin and Florida Foundation if you are looking to do business with ethical and professional people.

Excellent job by Florida Foundation Authority from the inspector Charles to the installation crew Brian, David and Malik. Charles inspected the house and presented a very good plan for the repairs. Brian and his crew installed the repairs. They did what I asked them to do and went even above and beyond. Very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs any kind of foundation repairs. BTW, I am a professional structural engineer in Florida, License # 48966.

I had a pleasant experience with this company. Reese Concepcion, who was my inspector, was very thorough and detailed in my inspection. Reese also was great at explaining things to me in a way that I could easily understand what was going on with my issue. The integrity of this company shows through their inspectors. Reese was honest in that my issue did not need major work and did not suggest unnecessary work. I recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest inspection.

Florida foundation authority has addressed the issues that I had with my house sloping to the front and the side perimeter wall sagging. I would recommend them to anyone. They were prompt and very hard workers. Thanks to Bill Williams, the GM Geremy and the field Techs Bryan, Luis, Earnest and to the second crew Richard and Chris.

Reese Concepcion was absolutely amazing! She was prompt, polite, professional and thorough. We were genuinely impressed with her communication and kindness. We will definitely be using FFA for our repair and have made a friend for life!

David came out, did a very thorough inspection. He asked dozens of questions to help make a complete accurate diagnostic of our situation. I felt like there was no pressure to do anything, and everything he told me was informative rather than persuasive. He was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. He even gave me information to help me prevent future issues with my home.
