Can t even call to get a referral they send you straight to voicemail and it said they will be out of referral office from may to June ITS AUGUST!!! not only that , when you don t feel like waiting and want them to call back THEY DO NOT !!! It s ridiculous. I really don t like this clinic that much , I m honestly thinking about switching to a different medical insurance in a few months because HEALTH NET IS NOT THE INSURANCE YOU WANT !
Love my doc, my shrink is cool, lab is cool, dentists are good, never had a problem getting care.

Had person behind the desk on purpose take there sweet time so I would be considered late for my appointment and was very rude she had no concern that my legs where swolen and couldn't find me a new appointment window I was really angry at the service here

Lousy doctors that don t listen, or care. These doctors are mainly used to dealing with low income/poor people who were or are addicts; back when it was called Cares. Unfortunately they treat everyone like they re an addict, so normal people can t get the treatment they need. And the doctors never get back to you, especially the Psychiatry department, and just make excuses like I/he/she has too many patients and can t keep up . Like it s your fault or problem. The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible too. The pharmacy refill app NEVER WORKS. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL CARE!!! If you are poor and on medi-cal, Ryan white etc . Use the directory to find a regular doctors office. One community health is only good for HIV testing and HIV meds

Excellent care given here, have been treated for various issues and have nothing but praise for them.
You can never get in contact with the office,been on hold multiple times for about 1 hour each once even 2 hours.Don t ever bother calling them or the pharmacy unless you have a lot of time to just wait for them to not pick up nor call you back:/It wasn t like this when I first arrived,but for about a year now, this has been their biggest issue.
