I have a unit that is defective and they told me that I have to pay for the return shipping! What s that about??

Overnight shipping is not in fact overnight. I called after paying for it and they stated in the dislosure it says Omron is allowed to take up to 48 hours to ship the product. Well that's definitely not overnight. Atleast they could write that out clearly instead of tucking it in the disclosure which they know no one reads.
Second, just because an item on the website says it is in stock don't trust them. I ordered a blood pressure monitor from them that said was in stock. I called them the next day because it had not arrived and they stated that it was on back order. Well, why didn't you update your website to state that instead of making me buy it through you expecting you all had it. If I had known I would have just gone elsewhere. I even asked if they could cancel my order since they in fact did not have the product in stock. They said no I can't and would have to wait till it arrives, pay for return shipping, then I would get my money back. You guys outright lied on your website that you had the product, and now I'm the one that has to deal with your mistake.
Just lack a general lack of customer care from Omron. Customer Service on the phone was rude. To sum it up, I will not be buying through them again. Your better of going through a trusted distributor.
If you are looking for surly and rude customer service this is your place. Also, if you are a business owner and want to show your staff how not to treat customers then give this a place a call as they are a perfect example of how not to treat a customer. I had an issue with my arm cuff BP Monitor and the lady that answered after about 20 minutes was about as rude and unhelpful as they get.
Omron has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in the past year. The reps either tell you it cannot be fixed, or if you are really lucky, they will have a supervisor call you back and tell you it will be corrected but it never is. I have purchased my last Omron product. NEVER AGAIN

This is the same response I get each time but nothing ever gets resolved. Do you see the rest of the Google reviews??? All 1 or 2 stars so everyone has the same opinion of Omron's Customers service - Close to ZERO. I have been sending contact info on Facebook, and via email to no avail. Getting ready to purchase a new blood pressure monitor from a firm that really has customer service as well as good products. (Received the suggestion on what to purchase from my Doctor who also says Omron has no customer service and products are poor - but cheap. You get what you pay for.)
Terrible customer care, rude, not wanting to make good on a month old BP machine, wanting me to hand write a return label and ship it myself and just wait. Never buying from them again.

I have my automatic pulse blood pressure monitor that brings excellence in its quality and speed of information. It has as characteristics: inflation control, hypertension indicator and 5 years warranty. Congratulations Omron Healthcare.
The product it self in good but the customer service experience makes it not worth it. I bought a cheap end tens unit and an icy hot to compare and while I knew the icy hot brand from other products but not for tens I found myself honestly impressed with omrons under 50 tens unit enough to go back and buy two of the hot cold 90$ units ran home to give one to my fiance who works on her feet all day and uses the omron I bought and had actually gave up over burnt out the icy hot tens unit which was what caused me to want to but these i was honestly looking for just replacement pads for her cheap unit had faith in the product. Spent the money on two got home found one box had two sets of pads one box had one and the stickers labeled "skin" where clearly it was a manufacturing issue the box had mispackaged one. I called and expected them to ship me one or offer a coupon for a free replacement. I was offered a discounted rate to buy it from them or address it woth cvs. I can easily go to cvs and exchange the product and spend another 5 hours charging another unit but after this experience... I will be simply returning both units and trying another company's tens unit and settle for better customer service.
