Spoke with a Joel, explained my situation with current insurance provider he was able to do a conference call sorted out all my problems got me a good deal. Very happy with the service from Joel and have now changed my insurance to One Answer.
Rip off company, tried to charge us over half the policy for wanting to cancel car insurance 20 days into it. Absolutely vile company tondo business with.
I m one of their existing customer. Strongly i m NOT advising this company. They are just broker. When u claimed its impossible to find there someone to help. They pretend but they don't. BIG DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
It was a very bad experience from them. I request everybody who is looking for Insurance please avoid 1 answer insurence. I am preparing to take them to the court. Specially Please be aware from Sales guy Kallan Skilton. Biggest lier. He told me something about monthly installment with in 14 days and now I am paying more then he quoted. Spoken to the 1 answer customer service they are trying to save his back.
Takes 40 mins to speak to anyone every time i call. currently on hold to them trying to cancel my account and no one answering, the place is a absolute joke. Happy to take your money but won't speak to you when you have a problem, told me I'd get a call yesterday, Shock, no call back.
Scammers! Do not use this company, nearly 3 months after inception of policy they suddenly decided that an additional premium was required for something they invented! Refused to send call recordings and threatened to cancel policy if not paid. Very very difficult to get through to them, on hold for so long everytime, nobody calls you back and no managers ever available! The worst broker I have ever dealt with!
Are quick to call 24/7 when it s your renewal coming up but never attend the phone if you call them and have an enquiry, asked for my ncb certificate 3 different occasions and still haven t received it.. close to getting my new policy voided because of this lazy company. Wouldn t recommend at all. Useless
Need to make the site a bit more safer imo. Chrome keeps telling me it's at risk and probably a good idea to introduce online chat bots.
Phone line in comparison has very good staff!
