Lots of stuff but you could probably find better deals

This shop has almost everything you could ever want or need! It's 9 floors of everything, from bikes to massage chairs, from board games to video games, from TVs to tents. It literally has anything.
When I went this time I bought an extension cable, I don't speak Japanese but they will do their upmost to help you here! They'll go above and beyond even to the point of phoning a translator to discuss things with me on the phone. It's really really great.
It's so handy and ultimately so good. You cannot go wrong with BIC Camera Namba!
I also bought my TV here before and that time I came they were amazing... Like helped me so much!

The clerk couldn't communicate in English, had a negative attitude, and couldn't solve the customer's needs. The clerk seemed unhappy when the checkout was close to the end of the business. It seemed that we were delaying their off time again. If possible, please check out as soon as possible.

Huge selection of electronics and other stuffs (cosmetics, drugs, toys, and others). Sales tax exemption used to be a pain but they have made improvements over the years. Often, they have staff who can speak Chinese but English is still not popular here. The only downside i feel is the nonstop brainwashing background music they play in the store. I feel sorry for the staff who work there. Bring a pair of earplugs if that bothers you. ;)

BIC Camera has many items that fulfilled all of my needs. From watches to luggage and of course electronics, BIC is the go to place for the light traveller. On some flights (JAL operated), they give you a 10% off coupon upon deplaning. Excellent!

Because of the recent increase in Chinese customers, the number of Chinese staff has increased and the response is very poor!
While peeking at a certain product, the price was not displayed, so I visited a Chinese staff passing by, but I was told that I should take it to the cash register and listen to it myself, I was amazed and did not want to talk further, so I was a little away I asked the Japanese staff who had been there. We have you check amount of money immediately and purchase safely.
On another day, go to the wristwatch section to buy a decent clock.
There was a Japanese female part-time staff, so when I visited about watches, the answer was too ignorant.

The Japanese brand may be able to sell to Chinese people even if it responds appropriately inbound, but I think that the original response to Japanese people should be reviewed. I would like you to educate the staff on literacy and hospitality and let them stand inside the store.

There are too many Chinese tourists and it is noisy to a certain extent. The clerk's service attitude is very average. Compared with edion and Umeda, it feels like I am at least two grades worse.

The place to go if you need a tourist sim card for your phone. Some staff members speak English and help you to get correct card.

You need to activate the card your self but it's easy to do. You will be on social media in no time.

1 stop shop for a hige selection of electronics, toys, appliances and more

Again not a place for tourists to shop as tourists are not into but heavy electronic equipments on their vacation. But is a very useful store for the local people residing there. A large number of options are available for them there to shop from. Plus the place's ambience is very amiable.
