Because of the recent increase in Chinese customers, the number of Chinese staff has increased and the response is very poor!

There was a Japanese female part-time staff, so when I visited about watches, the answer was too ignorant.

Japanese customers want to check that the value of goods is equivalent, but they want to listen to the story, but they are angry at the Chinese staff who can not respond well to customers and the store side who does not understand the situation is.
The Japanese brand may be able to sell to Chinese people even if it responds appropriately inbound, but I think that the original response to Japanese people should be reviewed. I would like you to educate the staff on literacy and hospitality and let them stand inside the store.
