HALF A DAY AT LEAST FOR TECHNO FREAK.....LOTS OF GOOD STUFFS GOOD PRICE BETTER THAN DUTY FREE SHOP. ITS TAX FREE FOR FOREIGNER.

I'm glad to see physical display of high-end audio equipment, especially vinyl turntables and so on.

A ton of things all lined up to buy, a good place to blow the rest of your money before closing out on your Japan trip. However, the tax-free line is extremely long and since this place opens 24/hours I'd recommend going on a super off-hour if your a tourist. At 11pm the line was still about 30 mins if you wanted tax refund.

Good place to buy appliances, the price needs to be compared

Because it was a weekday visit, the number of customers was small and I could watch it slowly.
On the outlet floor, you may come across bargain products occasionally. It's fun like looking for treasure (^-^)

I was just in the middle of looking for a drugstore in a hurry, but there wasn't a lot of confectionery lists and it wasn't wide enough to pass through.

The shopping mall is very nice, the classification is clear, and you can quickly find what you want to buy.

Big Camera is one of the biggest department stores in Japan. The one I visited has almost everything you may want to buy under one roof. Well organised for easy shopping. In short, it s a shopper friendly mall.

The tax exemption is super messy. I can't figure it out at all. It can only be settled on a single floor.

Great variety of electronic goods. Staff pointed me to three different levels three different times to find one usb c adapter when it was on the first floor. Language barrier issues ? Idk

For the new life, the combined meal purchased the product. We could buy cheaper than other home improvement. However, you may be able to recommend internet explanations and tying products, and if you do not need them, it may be the secret to buying cheaply to refuse clearly.

Strategic location, complete goods and affordable prices

We needed to buy luggage - staff was very helpful in providing the details (pros/cons) for the luggages we chose.
In the laptop sections was a bit disappointed though coz several brands had to be pre-ordered 3 weeks beforehand (like hp, fujitsu, dell, toshiba etc) but ended up with a good Asus laptop, so it still worked for an advantage.
Floors were organized into categories so its easier to find things. Just double check the tags if electronics/appliance you would like to purchuse could work in your country.

Things are really cheap, remember to prepare discount coupons for discounts!

A sea of electronic products. You can hardly name one item that they don't carry. I tried to pick a headphone, and it must have been 20-30 different name brands, and thousands of models available for trying out. Price is very reasonable, and immediate tax free for tourist who show their passport. I also by chance got extra 5% off using a VISA card. Highly recommended for electronic shoppers.

If you need anything electronic there is a100 percent chance you will get it at Bic camera.

I don't like staff there. They don't give attention, don't have to much options too.

The place to go for electronics and house appliance

More pricey than yodobashi umeda. The selection is also more limited.

I was surprised because it was larger than I thought. There is a 100 yen shop directly above, so I bought my humble earphones and camera accessories.

English is so bad, even laptop brands do n t understand what else to sell

This is my favourite Bic Store in Japan. It has an extensive range of camera equipment, mobile phone accessories, action figures, anime content, hobby supplies, video games, consoles, PC parts and more. The store is conveniently located near Dotonbori Street and the Namba Walk. This is a must visit for anyone sightseeing in Osaka. Remember to talk to the friendly staff about overseas models before buying cameras, and bring your passport to get a tax exemption. You will not be disappointed in the range of goods on offer.

A lot of things are very good. Remember to print coupons and discounts.

You can send it to the airport, but remember to check out no later than 1600. I can send it to the airport at 7 am the next morning. Because 1630 will come to receive the goods

The assortment is good, but it's not a shop you visit often.
